This is the first time I have used your company and I have been impressed so far. Love the quality of the products I have received, and have since placed another order for more towels. The whole process was smooth; perhaps despatch could be a little quicker (compared to other companies) but I can live with that.

Good service over the phone
Good service over the phone. The towels I needed were out of stock and I was told that they were still continuing the line and there would be a weeks delay. A week later I ordered on line with no difficulty and was advised re: email what was happening from order to arrival. Towels were well packed and I am very pleased with the colour and quality. As business grows I shall be ordering more.
