Poor service
I have used BC software for years so had no hesitation in ordering a Monogrammed bath sheet as a present for my father’s birthday.
I selected the 2 to 4 day delivery option. It arrived a week later, my father’s birthday well and truly missed as he had returned home to the States.
I emailed BC to raise the issue and to date they have not had the decency to reply.
I shan’t be bothering BC again and will shop else where.

I tried a couple of months ago and didn't get through, but I risked a purchase anyway. The dressing gown was fine. Needed to order again, emailed them this week - same again "recipient server did not accept connection" Just puts you off bothering to buy

Very quick delivery, part of the delivery was missing but I think the driver of the delivery had a few problems. But the rest of the delivery was sent out the next day.
Chairs are comfortable and all the family love them.
