Affordable quality
I ordered one set, I loved them so much I immediately ordered a second for my treatment plinth. After years of trying to find a high quality replacement for towels I have now found it. I can highly recommend the products and the company for excellent customer service and speedy delivery. Only today, I delivered a course to a newly opened salon and I recommended BC Softwear.

The service level was frankly…
The service level was frankly unsatisfactory. The delivery company used was TNT, which is unable or unwilling to provide any information about the timing of the delivery, merely that delivery would take place sometime before 6pm (which in fact did not occur and, indeed, I am still waiting for it, after two failed delivery attempts).
While that is bad enough, TNT's unwillingness to find out where its drivers are, to provide a more precise estimate, or to call when the driver is in the vicinity is not good enough. While this level of service may have been acceptable 10 years ago, it is not today. What many companies with an online sales division fail to appreciate, and I fear that BC Softwear is among them, is that differentiation between suppliers is not based simply on product quality; the delivery service offered its a key component of the offering.
Plainly the service offered by TNT is hopeless but BC Softwear must accept responsibility for this. The decision to appoint TNT and the selection of a non-timed delivery service was taken by BC Softwear, no doubt on costs grounds. The result is a bargain basement level of service, from TNT in the first instance but, therefore, from BC Softwear as well.
To add insult to injury, when I called BC Softwear to advise of these problems, I was effectively told (albeit politely) to sort it out with TNT myself.
This was an order with a value of over £1,000 and I do not think it is unreasonable to expect more of both organisations involved.
