I made an error on the shipping address when ordering through Amazon. The retention team, Rizalyn, Larita and Yanill, were easy to do business with so that I could correct my error.
Because of the retention team, I would do business with Beach Camera again and happily encourage others to do the same.

I ordered a TV that was in stock with them and was supposed to be here October 2nd. I waited for two weeks, and called them today October 6th and now being told this is in backorder, was never in stock, thus it’s going to take a whole extra MONTH for me to receive it.
At least getting a refund was easy and prompt but still will take some time for my money to be available so I can buy it somewhere else.

I reached out to this seller to request a return, but they refused to help because the order was just outside the 30-day window. I explained my situation, but they still would not make any exception or provide a solution. Their final response was essentially, “We understand, but we can’t assist further.” I’ve had better experiences with other Amazon sellers who stand behind their products. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this seller due to their lack of flexibility or customer support.

Sold a refurbished Ninja indoor grill as new, very deceptive description on Amazon. Was missing an essential part that was supposed to be included. The grill was scratched and dented. It was missing all the product literature. Instead they had a QR code to get the literature that didn't work. Returning was a real hassle. I think the online responses were AI generated, always a different name was used. Kept throwing up minuscule roadblocks. Finally they had to escalate to "upper management". They would not return the return shipping costs which were $90.70. I finally was able to get Amazon to refund that. This is one of the worst online retailers I've ever seen.
