I've been buying the biodegradable nappies since mid 2020. The nappies themselves are fantastic and knowing they're biodegradable is literally the only reason I don't look elsewhere. Highly recommend.

The website on the other hand is shocking! It's so glitchy & slow that it takes me an extra painful 20mins each time just to make a purchase. A process that with a simple re-order option on a website should take what - 5/10mins max? I can see numerous complaints of a similar nature. Please look into this. It makes the whole buying experience an unnecessary agg that I dread. I've used both my mobile & laptop with no difference in either experience.

I tried to update my card details the other day so my 'angels' subscription can continue but the site absolutely refused to update. Despite numerous attempts it looks as if nothing has changed. 1p (x2) charge was then added to my basket after attempting to update the card. I thought perhaps the new card details might appear once the 1p (x2) was paid & processed but nope. Sigh*.

Please, please upgrade your website!

The worst! Make yourself a favour and don’t order… I’ve ordered twice and i’ve never received the order. And everything was paid.

I have used Beaming Baby wipes for a long time as an adult. Great for my sensitive skin which is prone to eczema and very much appreciate that they are 100% biodegradable. Recommend for both adults and babies, therefore!

Very good and innovative when it comes to baby essentials ..my baby is happier with these products as it appears to be less irritating creating less nappy rash

Best diapers ever! Holds even massive poonamies! No rash as promised even when outside is 40°C, and the best part that is biodegradable. Highly recommend to every parent!

Very impressed by the quality and quick service of Beaming baby. I've tried a few different brands now and Beaming Baby are my favourite.

My baby is now 3 weeks and after extensive research during the last few months of pregnancy, Beaming Baby was the company I decided to go with for disposable nappies & wipes. I haven’t used any other product on my babies skin a part from beaming baby and she hasn’t experienced any rash or soreness. I’m so happy I found Beaming Baby! I asked my partner which wipes I should order when we were running low, if he wanted to try any others, and he immediately said no and to stick with these as he’s really happy with them (nappy changing is his bonding time hehe). So thank you guys, we,re really happy with everything and I’ll certainly be recommending you to pregnant friends!

I love beaming baby products and they are always delivered on time! I am enjoying being an angel and sometimes forget I am adding money to my basket so I have more than I expect to spend! Could not recommend this product enough! Give your baby the best start to life with beaming baby products!

My wife opted to by the “environmentally friendly” products from Beaming Baby. Expensive but our baby deserves the “best” right?
Bought the nappies and wet wipes, couple of units of each product.

The wipes were absolutely disgusting! All the packages were dirty, a brown stain in all packages. I have recorded a video clip showing that, not sort of thing you would use in your little baby.

Sent an email to beaming baby, got a reply saying that some packages have been splashed with Grapefruit Seed Extract in their factory in Middle East, but they said is safe to use although the disgusting package appearance.

I opened the package and the same brown thing was also inside… well, means that this brown thing was not really splashed in the outer package, but also inside with the wipes.

Sent a new email asking for refund, customer service advised I have to send back the wipes (my expenses) so that they could refund. I didn’t bother the hassle to pack everything back, go to the post office, pay the shipping, and wait for the refund of this thing, just trashed it and will never do business with beaming baby again.

I initially bought beaming baby nappies when I was pregnant with my first and loved the nappies so wanted to get them now for my second.

So I got a £20 Voucher Pack Silver offer which includes 4 packs of nappies and 3 packs of organic wipes + 3 packs of organic fragrance free wipes. My firstborn has had a very sensitive skin since he was born and eventually developed eczema so we preferred using fragrance free wipes. As I wanted to do the same with my second, immediately after placing the order I emailed customer service if it's possible to get 6x fragrance free wipes instead of 3x normal organic and 3x fragrance fee. I didn't get response until after my order was delivered so was definitely disappointed with that. Anyway, the response from Emily said they are unable to change set bundles which is fair enough. Although don't know why they couldn't change as the wipes are literally the same price in their shop.

However, when I opened my package, I saw that I didn't get the bundle I ordered at all! Instead of getting 3x normal organic packs of wipes and 3x fragrance free ( which they were so adamant they couldn't modify), I got 3x pack of normal organic wipes and 3x packs bamboo wipes??? I never wanted bamboo wipes and didn't get any fragrance free ones at all!!

I emailed them back after a few days later on 9th July with a photo of the order and haven't got a reply since... So very very disappointed and won't be ordering ever again. No matter how good the product is, if that's their customer service, I can find a different brand.

I also just got an email from Trust Pilot saying Beaming Baby complained I put personal information in my review. The "personal" information was the name of the agent who responded to my email from the company (I don't know if that's her real name not) but the is already public information on their website. In fact, I think it's the same agent who just responded to my review and the review was signed with the same name... So I can't say her name in the review (as mentioned, already available on their website) but she can put her personal info in the reply for the said review..

Great quality and good fun! My little boy absolutely loves this toy! As soon as we showed it to him, he reached straight out for it and it's been one of his favourites since! It has lots of parts to explore and the colours are vibrant and eye catching.

I received what felt like a barrage of promotional emails from Beaming Baby, as well as physical post in the mail - this was after initially taking up one of their special offers . While I was able to opt out of the emails, unfortunately they continued to send me physical post even after I requested this to stop.

I requested the deletion of my personal data under the GDPR act twice. It's a shame I had to ask twice, but at least my request was responded to the second time.

In terms of the shopping experience, we didn't find the website very easy to navigate. It's just too 'noisy', not particularly well designed and there are too many bundles and offers competing for your attention. It's difficult to simply hone in on the thing that you want.

The nappies we tried were actually fairly good. Perhaps we'd have continued to shop with Beaming Baby, but these experiences have been too off putting.

Tried these for our second baby after using the original nappies for our first baby. We tried other nappies when he was new born but had lots of nappy rash, therefore went back to our faithfuls and we were not disappointed! No more nappy rash, love that the bamboo ones have a urine indicator on the front. Fit and feel is lovely and service from the team amazing as always! Being able to swap smaller sizes for bigger ones when my little one grows super fast is such an amazing service! Love Beaming Baby! Would highly recommend :)

Great product and unbeatable service. We’ve used Beaming Baby nappies for 3 years and have always been so happy with the quality of the nappies and the customer service. Never had nappy rash. Plus our little one loves the animal pictures printed on the waistbands!
