Excellent service. I mistakenly bought two of the same product, phone answered instantly by a person, not a machine, who refunded my mistake instantly. When it appeared there might be a delivery problem (there wasn't) I received an immediate email from staff to sort it out. Brilliant to deal with (very helpful human beings) instead of algorithms and mechanically generated chat responses.

I would use these nappies even if they weren't eco friendly - they fit my son perfectly and the absorbency is great. They easily cope with 12 hours of wear without leaking (poo permitting of course), which the other leading nappy brands do not in my experience. And he is still happy and dry at the end of the day with no nappy rash. So even though they are more expensive, I use far fewer of them. The fact that they are largely biodegradable - which is the reason I tried them in the first place - is easy to overlook as they perform so well. The customer service is fantastic, delivery really quick. I only have good things to write about these nappies, I thoroughly recommend them.

Leaking urine, pricey as well for the poor quality provided, even if you get vouchers £20 is that you pay delivery instead as is not even mentioned.

My baby was in distress as all urine was soaking his back, had to change twice to realise these nappies can’t hold any urine at all. Do a favour to you and your babies and don’t buy.

After checking out alternative pads I found these to be the best available for quality and comfort. Although it has not prevented me from buying them, the only short coming was that the boxes the pads come in could be sealed more thoroughly, leaving no gaps at the end."

Love the fact that these nappies are biodegradable. I have twins so feeling slightly less guilty about the amount of landfill we are creating now! Great service too - nappies always arrive quickly and staff are very efficient and polite.

We've tried a few different eco nappies and this has been by far the best in terms of fit and quality. Love the elesticated but at the back which prevents poonamis and no leaks up the back. The cost was also the most value of all the eco nappies. Ordering and delivery was really quick and easy.

Ok, so where to begin...

As multiple customers have complained they advertise,
'free' 'free' 'free' etc. and then they charge you for postage...
At this stage they provide a YouTube clip of some irritating individual stating that they have to charge etc. etc. otherwise they will be taken advantage of by freebooters etc.
This same theme is echoed here on trustpilot as a response to multiple similar complaints.
WHY IS ANYONE FALLING FOR THIS GARBAGE?
IF THIS REALLY WAS THE CASE THEN PERHAPS SAY THERE IS A POSTAGE CHARGE IN THE BLOODY BEGINING??
INSTEAD OF LEADING CUSTOMERS DOWN A PATH AND LAST MINUTE TRYING TO EARN A FEW PENCE ON SOME USELESS GOODS WHICH ARE SOLEY USEFUL FOR NEW MOTHERS CONSCIENCSE.
I wonder what the delightful staff have to answer to this.
Additionally- the vouchers, £10, £20 etc. whatever it is, its all the same- garbage cant be used
or perhaps they can in conjunction to a huge transaction.

Great value and delivered incredibly quickly. Plus they are posted in the box so no extra, unnecessary packaging.

This is my second purchase of nappies with beaming baby. They are much better for the environment and my baby has no nappy rash with these and she is very comfortable in them.

Best nappies I’ve found. Both my babies have worn your nappies and neither of them suffered from nappy rash and it’s so good knowing that they are the best disposal option for the environment. Fantastic delivery times as well. No need to shop anywhere else.

At last I've found a really nice and thick double sided towel [Organic Cotton Hooded Baby Towel (100 x 100cm)]. Love the quality, it's worth the money. Certainly recommend!

This nappies are indeed amazing! Been using them for a month now. And his rush that he previous from another nappies gone in only 2 days. very soft and you can see the quality and that the material used is better for my baby skin. Highly recommend is worth the price.
