MASSIVE SCAM

MASSIVE SCAM. Took my money and haven't heard a thing since. No bean bag delivered or even a confirmation email. I did receive an email from a random person saying they received my confirmation that has my sensitive information on it. Since then had 2 accounts hacked (deliveroo and spotify) and now have a very stressed partner whilst down 50£££

Ordered my bean bag 2 week ago and still…

Ordered my bean bag 2 week ago and still not received my order. I have tried on several occasions to get in contact by phone email and facebook and still no response. The customer service is absolutely shocking. I ordered from here as my friend had one last year and now i have seem all these reviews i am starting to wonder if i will ever receive it. They claim on facebook that they are up to date with orders from the old management but they clearly not. It makes me angry that they can still post on Facebook but they cant be bothered to respond to the customers.
I am just updating this 3 days later. Still no response back, they have deleted my comments off facebook and read my facebook messages and still not replied. AVOID AT ALL COSTS disgusting that they can do this to people.

All Lies!

Been waiting over 4 months for my order and still haven't received it! They keep promising that they will send out orders but is clearly a lie. Absolute SCAM!

Do not use this company!!

Do not use this company, avoid at ALL COSTS!
This is our first baby and this is the second company that I have come across selling baby items and not delivering the items after ordering. It is so sad that people take advantage at a time that is supposed to be really exciting. They take your money and don't send anything and there is zero customer service. You try ringing, emailing, Facebook messaging and you get no response!! This company took my money over a month ago and still have not delivered my item. I've tried to email and call with no response. This company is clearly not under new management, this is a SCAM. Also, they share your private details with other people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Never received item

Never received item. Confirmation email containing my personal data sent to random people. Contacted company a number of times but never any response. Had to request a refund through PayPal in the end which luckily I got. Scam company, avoid.

Zero stars

Zero stars. Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered on 5th August - took the money from my bank account on the same day. No confirmation email. Then received a phone call from a lovely lady (who has left a review on here too) to notify me that she had received my confirmation email as well as six other people - all my data, my email address, work and home address, telephone number, full name and card details were all on the email - so a total breach of my personal data had taken place. Had to contact my bank and order a new card to protect myself. Bank are unable to block outgoing transaction as Bean Bag Planet had already requested the money, surprise surprise. Tried to make contact over numerous methods, now sent 10+ Facebook messages that have never been responded to, email address bounces back as undeliverable and phone number rings out endlessly. I have ordered from elsewhere as item was a gift that I needed to give on time, now waiting for the bank to attempt to recover my money. Avoid avoid avoid. Such a shame as have used the company multiple times before in the past and never had any issue. Obviously been taken over by complete scammers.

1 star is too good for this company

1 star is too good. Ordered on the 7th July 2019 . Never got a confirmation email. Tried emailing the company & all but 1 was returned as undeliverable. The 1 that was answered said they were under new management & my order had been missed during the changeover & they promised delivery by the end of the week so should have been here by the 20th July. Still no bean bag & all emails are being returned as undeliverable again. There is no phone number for this shocking excuse of a company

I purchased a beanbag for my son on the…

I purchased a beanbag for my son on the 7th July, never recieved a confirmation email but never thought anything by it. 2 weeks later I email the company explaining I haven't recieved the beanbag and never got a confirmation email, to which I got a reply saying that there was no order under my name on the system... I reply asking someone to contact me asap and sent my mobile number, never got a reply. Sent more emails and even tried to reach out to them on facebook & messenger and nothing. It's a shame because the beanbags are gorgeous, my friend purchased one for her daughter a couple of months ago with no problem. I'm contacting my bank today to see if I can get my money back, or should I say my 6 week olds money back. Disgraceful to think you can still order through the website as I've seen people say the company has gone into liquidation.

Worst company I have ever come across… 0 stars

Worst company I have ever come across in my life took the 60 euro from us straight away says 5-6 working days for delivery and haven't received our bean bag or any communication back as to when we will receive it or any explanation as to what's going on,other than they are under new management so unprofessional! it's a disgrace it's been 6 weeks and I am due my baby in a few weeks I could do without this stress and upset, we have opened a dispute through PayPal and have still not heard a single thing, looking through the reviews it seems the common excuse has been they are under new management, this goes back to 2018, ye should be used to the "new management"by now and stop the excuses,AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I feel iv been conned out of money its totally unacceptable

Terrible company, it’s a scam!!!

Terrible company, took the payment straight away & never sent the beanbag. Emailed numerous time, Facebook messaged & never got any replies. Trying to get money back through PayPal, do not order. It’s obviously a scam company!!

Disgusting service !!!

Ordered 10th June still no sight of tbe Beanbag on the 6th July. Constantly contacted them email facebook messenger. One reply even stated it had been sent via MyHermes what liars!! No wonder there is no phone number to call they would be bombarded with unhappy customers.
You have my money give me the damn Beanbag !!!!! Ridiclous !!!

Very poor customer service

Before I go on I would like to say the product itself, the baby beanbag, is very high quality and exactly as advertised. My low star rating is solely down to the poor customer service.

In a nutshell I ordered a beanbag, the money was taken from my account the same day and I received a message that parcel force would deliver in the next few days. When the product did not arrive parcel force confirmed that the item had not actually been shipped by Beanbag Planet.

I then proceeded to send Facebook messages, emails and I left an enquiry on their website- all of which received no response though it was evident, the Facebook messages at least, had been read.

Because of the lack of response I disputed the transaction through Paypal for a refund and, lo and behold, I got an email the next day claiming the product was now going to be dispatched.

The excuse given was that they had a suspected security breach and could not process any orders. Judging by other comments on here this seems to be a problem that has been going on for several months as others have had a very similar experience to myself.

If it's true, that's fine- data breaches do happen, but the company should not leave customers waiting for days on end for information about products they have paid for. A truthful response straight away would have been perfectly acceptable for me and I would have waited patiently for the matter to resolve- but being left in the dark made me anxious and frustrated.

Very poor customer service, I won't be recommending.

If there were a no star option that…

If there were a no star option that would be more suitable!! I ordered my beanbag on 19th of March and paid £6.99 for delivery within 3-7 working days. The cost of the beanbag was deducted immediately from my account on the 19th of March and i received an email stating my order had been received. I then received another email from another customer of beanbag planet stating she had been cc into the email. Clearly this is completely unacceptable a total breech of confidentiality considering all my private information was held within the email. I email beanbag planet immediately and to this date i am still waiting on a reply from my email. I then sent a message via messenger on the 21st of march, 23rd of march and the 29th of march before beanbag planet finally decided to reply. Within their reply they informed me they were victims of cyber sabotage and would chase up my order. When i asked for some form of compensation/refund on my delivery charge this was ignored!! I finally received my beanbag on the 12th of April 24 days after paying for it. The condition of the packaging when i collected my beanbag was unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone order from this site, They do not value your custom or right to confidentiality and are a nightmare to contact.

Wish there was no stars

Wish there was no stars!
Ordered beanbag on next day delivery, have received 5 different tracking numbers with no details attached as they have not given package to parcelforce. I have tried using contact form, calling them and reaching out via the Facebook page. They have blocked me from Facebook and have made no effort to respond to my pay pal dispute! Avoid this company at all costs as I am currently £50 out of pocket

Ordered a beanbag on 19/12/2018 for my friends daughter for Christmas, still have not recieved it contacted parcel force and they said the company has not arranged for them to collect it, have send several emails,facebook messages and tried phoning not one person getting back to me their customer service is appalling will never be using again.

Absolutely love Beanbag Planet as does…

Absolutely love Beanbag Planet as does my daughter. She settled on the beanbag instantly. Have a removable top cover is perfect for any sick/dribble mishaps. It also washes well. I have purchased an additional beanbag to leave at my mothers house. I have no hesitation in recommending Beanbag Planet.
