Great company highly reccomend

I ordered from them 3 years ago with no problems, ordered this time, paid for next day delivery, two weeks later nothing. I am presently trying to get my money back from my bank under charge back, I emailed them chasing and then to cancel. Now my bank is trying to get the money back for me they have emailed randomly to say it will be delivered, weeks later. I think they must be having problems.

This company took payment and quoted 2-5 days for delivery, but I didn't receive it for a month. I received no replies to my email, online enquiry or Facebook message.

The item itself is good.

Absolute disgrace!!!! Brought as a present, came damaged. Have emailed and messaged since last Thursday and have still not heard anything from them. Form that came with the bean bag the number on there is incorrect! I’ve now had to order a new one from another supplier!! Appalling customer service will be taking this further!

I hate leaving bad reviews, as I am in business myself and know how hurtful unjustified remarks can be. So I will just state facts and let you decide if my review is justified.
I ordered and paid for a Beanbag on 29th May, with delivery of 3 to 5 business days promised. But two weeks later it had not arrived. So I started to "chase up" the order. I sent 3 emails, but received no response.
I then contacted PayPal, as I had paid through them. PayPal became involved and also sent them messages, but they have had no response either.
I have now been standing out of over £50 for almost a month, while Beanbag planet can't even be bothered to let me know what is going on.

I have recently purchased a bean bag for my newborn (4weeks nearly) after selling the one I had for my other boy (now 2yrs).
I came across bean bag planet on Facebook after searching for one like I had before which was a more expensive brand. I also came across other brands on ebay and amazon, So when I did finally look on bean bag planet website I was pleasantly surprised. Firstly because they had a sale, secondly even without the sale they were a fantastic price and thirdly I wasnt paying 50/60 pounds for something he would grow out of in 6months time.
Also compared to other brands its much easier to clean with the base being wipable and the top zipping off (previous brand wasn't all completely washable)
My little boy is so content in it he sleeps for hours on it also I can put him in it after a fed and he is less likely to be sick due to the angle he is at rather than being flat in his moses basket. Lastly but more importantly it is extremely safe, as the harness is a lot more secure and supportive.
I can honestly say this is the best thing I've ever brought for my baby. Thank you bean bag planet

Best thing we've bought for our 6 week old son so far! Struggling with naps during the day, he wouldn't settle in his crib. Popped him on his beanbag and within 2 minutes he was snoozing away!
I swear it has magical properties, or maybe just he likes being cosy and at an angle..who knows.
I'm just glad we bought it and have recommended to other parents.

We bought our beanbag when our son was a few weeks old and have used it every day. Noah is 7 months old now and is using the beanbag to help him sit up, he loves it. We would recommend this product to any parent.

I’m usually not one for posting reviews on anything I buy, but I’m literally so obsessed with the beanbag I have purchased, my newborn is absolutely loving it! The beanbag has helped with his head as he sleeps on his right side and he has severe fat head. Cannot fault the bean bag at all, very easy to clean and moulds to suit babies posture. If you don’t have one your honestly missing out! I was using a bouncer for a long time but it did not support my babies head properly which was worrying me. I did think it was quiet expensive but it’s really not it’s worth every penny for a happy baby!

This was such a great purchase. Only thing my baby boy slept on! He still sits on it now and he's 18months.

My little boy falls straight to sleep when I put him on his bean bag so It must be comfy. I would recommend it to everyone.

Best investment I have ever bough , my tiny 4 pound 11 oz baby just loved it .. and we spent many nights in the live room as it’s the only thing she settled in as her wee tummy was bad .. also my two nephews aged 18 months and 5 years love to jump around on it .. genuinely is a great investment I love it !!!

Thank you so much bean bag planet ! We bought the lilac unicorn bean bag for our daughter before she was even born after having one of your bean bags for our son. They both LOVE them ! Our daughter is now 9 days old and sleeps so well on hers and our son still uses his regularly at the age of 3. What an amazing product ! X

I came upon 'Beanbagplanet' on facebook, and I could'nt wait to get one for my only grandchild, his mum and dad were very pleased with my gift and said how joe had taken to it straight away, so I couldn't help myself, I just had to have one for nanny's house too, should be here tomorrow!!!! Very excited!!😀. To think this gift will go on giving for at least 8yrs, and then will make a lovely leg rest for nanny!!!!!!!! Win, win all round, so thanks b.b.p!!!!! The only hard part of purchasing one of these is your spoilt for choice, the designs are all beautiful!!!!!! I went for cars first then space ships for nanny's .. If you're thinking about buying one, go for it ! You'll understand why i'm so thrilled!!! And you will be too!!

My son was really fussy about what he sat in,,didn't like bouncy chairs or swings so i had to hold him all the time.He will happily sit in his bean bag for hours allowing me to get stuff done.Its the only thing ive got that he uses every day, great for naps,playtime and bonding time. Highly recommended

Ordered a bean bag for our new arrival and am absolutely thrilled with it. The quality is excellent the service is exceptional, delivery was really quick, cant thank bean bag planet enough would not hesitate in recommending them to everyone i know . Will be ordering again for grandson for his arrival in June

Love these bean bags !! Brilliantly made my twin boy loves his car one

Although the beanbag is lovely we have had it less than two years and the zip has broken. They say these are long life bags but clearly not.
They also delete any negative posts on Facebook and will not engage in discussion about product quality.
Very disappointed

My mam bought one for her house and my little boy loved it that much i had to buy him his own, he always looks so comfy on the beanbag and always has a good nap during the day on his, they come nicely packaged as well 100% recommend beanbagplanet

My children love their bean bag, my first had one from birth and he still uses it now at the age of 2 and my new born has been using his one which he loves and seems to be working wonders for his breathing with him having broncilitos. Would highly recommend anybody with little ones to get them one, they are a great product!
