Complete joke of a site, you can't re download tracks that have been previously bought and paid for, also had several instances of buying tracks and it being completely the wrong tune.
Customer service is as much use as an ash tray on a motorbike.
In short, yet another money grabbing organisation, who don't give a monkeys about the customer or music .
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!! GET OUT OF OUR INDUSTRY

Absolute trash, no idea why people keep using this store. loads of other download stores are cheaper and offer a better service.

You can't re-download tracks you PAID FOR unless you pay an additional subscription. Not only that, some tracks I wanted to re-download were unavailable for download even though some of them I was able to find the same track available under another album or release. Seems like shady business practices to me. Lastly, if you have a large library you want to re-download, you can really only do it one page of 20 tracks at a time, otherwise the site derps if you attempt more and you might not actually be downloading your entire library even though you think that you are.

Beatport could not make a worse experience if they tried. Unfortunately me and other DJS end up coming back sometimes if other places don't have the track we are after. It is a frustrating experience every time. Making me log in twice every-time and never keeping me signed in even after clicking the keep signed in button. Login once at main screen, then go to add something to my cart and it makes me sign in again. This is after waiting 5 minutes for the page to load compared to 2 seconds like traxsource. Get your sh** together beatport, this has been happening for years

I get emails for specifics such as remixed but the link doesn't go to that page and I cannot search for it either.
The site is very, very slow, it's like constipated.
The other day I was 30 minutes from going live when half my playlist - tagged, hot cued - failed to load one track after the other. I had to cancel the show as there was too little time to work another playlist. It's non'profit so there are no funds for a more expensive sub which would include an offline locker. It's already expensive anyway!
I am looking at alternatives but to be honest, there's not much competition and there are few places you can buy and download fresh new EDM, Trance, Nu Disco and House. It's incredable how the industry is forcing the streaming model onto the consumer and the likes of Beatport will give in to big label demand eventually.

The site is too slow

They really need to optimise their code to make the loading of pages faster. An initial search for an album can take up to 10 seconds to load. That's very poor for a site that's been in the game for this long.

Beatport is just so amateur. Sorry, but nothing works correctly on that platform. + Unable to set up or just "claim" my profile artist, it just doesn't work. Have tried to contact support from Beatport and guess what: no replies at all. How unprofessional can a music platform be, I just don't get it.

Overall pretty good. Glad they made a download all button, seems like it was purposely left out, but thing of the past.

I've tried contacting every email address, but no one replies. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for months but the website won't allow you to do it, so now they're just bleeding my bank account and ignoring my messages.

Beatport is a joke, seriously, get your music elsewhere. Unfriendly interface and loads of features that could be improved over the years but haven’t been. My biggest issue is that it literally crashes my browser. It happened to me before but for some reason I decided to buy off them again. 21 tracks, selecting „download all” and guess what, 21 windows starting to pop up on me, instead of one folder, had to click each and everyone of them whilst other kept showing and after everything was completed I couldn't do anything with my computer, just had to hard reset it. Couldn’t close the browser, couldnt restart it normally, again! What an absolute joke.

Awful website. The ‘My Beatport’ links don’t work. No matter artists or titles you click, it takes you to an endless chronological list of unrelated recent releases. I’ve asked them how to resolve this on twitter, but they haven’t bothered to respond. I’ve spent a fortune in this site in the past 10 or so years, but who cares eh?
It’s also overwhelmed with in your face marketing, that reappears no matter how many times you click ‘don’t ask me again’. Finally, and most frustrating of all, is the time it takes for each track to start playing when you try to preview anything. Rubbish.

Great selection but not worth the money unless you do all your music listening on a computer (or maybe iPhone. Don't have one don't want one.) Most functions don't work on androids silly web app. And it keeps logging me out. Spent hours just trying to get a playlist to continue to play.

Absolutely shocking store. I literally buy anything here if I can't get it any where else. I'd rather two copies of an artist's track on Bandcamp and then pirate their tracks that are on Beatport than buy from them.

They graciously give you a nice 48 hour window in which to download the music you've bought, before making you buy it again if say, a hard drive dies or your device is stolen. Unless, I'm told, you've spent a ton of money with them, in which case the rules are different. Why you'd ever do that is a mystery to me, particularly as they have the balls to charge extra for WAV's when they're just re-encoded 320kbps mp3's.

Been using Beatport for a number of years. Its the dogs nuts. Never had any download issues or problems. They've even given me free promotional downloads too. Pro DJ Link is just awesome. If the 'dirt dishers' just signed-up, sign-in and made sure they have the 'mula' to buy in their accounts they wouldn't be gassin'. BEATPORT IS DOPE! FACTS!

I'm using beatport since I get my gear buying tracks from the start spending money on tracks was a struggle some times signed up to beatport Pro link it's the best thing I ever did only thing is you need to be online to use it hopefully beatport come up with a solution......So what I did I used my phone on 5g connected to the hotspot and left phone on key bored of macbook pro and it ran 100% crowed couldn't beleave the tracks I had thank you beatport

As a DJ:
Website design and song catalog is amazing. It's easy to find, sample, purchase and download tracks.

As a label/artist manager:
It's super easy to request and update to the profile picture, bio and also enroll in Beatport Hype.

What would take my review to a 5 star:
- I wish the site loaded quickly after hitting the search button.
- I also wish the site used cookies/cache to remember my login credentials on my personal laptop.

The Beatport DJ web app is a game changer for me. Looking forward to the mobile app for Android!

Thank you Tina for getting back to me with great care and concern with some questions I had. She also had another Team Member (Jason) who got back to me in a timely manner with some confusion I had regarding Key Notes, Waveforms and Gridlines on a few songs. Your tips and advice was explained in great detail. I even did a little research on "algorithm" used for the analysis of key detection in which I better understand now. I greatly appreciate your time and efforts again. A company that provides excelIent customer service will keep a loyal customer forever!

Beatport doesn't let you re-download your tracks unless you pay a subscription.
It's ridiculous you can't access and download music that you've paid for. Never using this site again.

Reliable source of high quality mp3's/wav's. Efficient search function, though the loading times could be better. The new logo doesn't make a lot of sense unless they plan to start selling vinyl..
