Great cut and my dog can be a pain but they were great
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Read their terms and conditions or you’ll get scammed like I did. They have not gained one penny from my debtor; I actually claimed my deposit back that I paid into the deposit protection scheme ; I completed all the work myself and they’ve charged ME for the privilege! Scam scam scam !!! They’ve chased me for their fees more than chasing my debtor! They work on claiming fees from their clients to make their money! Do not use them! Their claim is that in the T&C’s it states whoever manages to retrieve the debt; they still get paid! It does state this so don’t use them! I do the work ! They get paid for doing Jack all! They’ve just threatened to take me to court as they want their money before finishing the job! In my contracts I can claim any charges or fees from any debtor! But they say oh no ; that’s for me to chase separately even though the full debt passed on to them should include the fees! As the £605 I recovered myself covered the rent debt and interest ( but short of the £145.20 they want for me doing the work) they’ve closed the case saying they’ve recovered all they can and now I need to stump up £145.20 for them doing nothing. I’ve had to chase them throughout telling them what to do and telling them at one point that they were chasing the wrong debtor with the wrong guarantor! Oh well lesson learnt. They will no doubt come back in their smarmy manner stating the opposite but here I am left with a debt to chase and £145.20 the poorer for choosing this scamming joke of a company! Truly unprofessional. They’ve already stated that reviews don’t scare them and they work both ways! So let’s see what they have to say! Summary: I recovered my own debt
I’ve paid their fees
They’ve recovered zero ! What a total waste of time and money
DO NOT USE
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!
I wrote to both the tenant and guarantor and told them by today if the debt wasn’t paid that would be taking both of them to court via the online portal; this is what the debt collector was supposed to state ; I got paid in full!! By the guarantor!! What clowns this company is! I’ve recovered the lot!!
As soon as tge other side got a solicitor they backed down never sent anyone out to site sent a few emails thats it, never went after there 20% from the client billed, i think then sent more emails and called me more then they did my client to get paid. Didn’t complete the full amount but still billed there full amount
I had some extreamly substandard roof work done by a local company which cost me £4,800 and all had to be done again. I handed my claim over to Pete of Beaumont Recoveries who put Vicky on it and I got all my claim plus their costs within days. Truly amazing, cant recommend highly enough.
