Kelly was an absolute legend. So, I couldn’t give her anything less than 5 stars.

But the parts delivered were incorrect and then the replacement parts given to my partner were again incorrect. We just used them to save us going back.

We are extremely happy with the service from Beaumont Tiles in Wonthaggi. They supplied tiles for a large floor area and a complete bathroom renovation. Our salesperson, Kaz, was always available to answer questions and even offered excellent suggestions that improved the renovation. The results are fantastic, and we are very happy to recommend them.

The quality of the tiles is good but we ordered tiles and the plan was to pickup from store. They then called and told us we needed to get it delivered, costing another $150 and it arrived in small boxes that could have easily been loaded into a car.

The range is good but the customer service is not. We will not be returning customers to this store. They presume you are a tiler and offer no support or advice at any stage. No problem solving ability when the unforseen occurs. Important information that affects your project/order not communicated until its too late. Poor communication. 3 stars is generous.

I purchased tiles for pickup and arranged two utes and a friend to help. When I arrived, the tiles weren’t available, even though I had called two days earlier to confirm the collection time. I’m now unable to collect them, and they expect me to pay a delivery fee for their mistake.
Make it make sense.

I ordered a sample tile in late November with a delivery date of early December.
The time line was fine as I could then order more tiles & also let the tiler know for his start in early January.
Then an email came through that the sample would not arrive until mid February - that sadly, was the difference between choosing the Beaumont tiles and needing to look elsewhere….

I may have overlooked it, but I think it would be helpful to include a message on the click-and-collect option at checkout stating: “Click and collect will not be available for 3 business days after purchase. If you need your order sooner, please contact the store directly.”

When I called the store to ask if my order could be ready earlier, the employee told me they couldn’t assist because the purchase was made online, and that I would need to speak with the person I dealt with online—though I didn’t deal with anyone, as the order was placed through the website. I was also told that if I had called or purchased directly through the store, they could have arranged earlier collection. I feel the stores should be able to support online customers as well, or at least have the ability to update orders or note changes to pick-up times.

I also found it extremely difficult to reach customer service. I called the customer service line (1800 4 TILES) multiple times between 2:30–3:00 pm on Friday and again at 9:15 am Monday morning, but received no answer. The online chat was similarly unhelpful, as I was unable to get through to a representative.

Adding to previous review. Was told tiles would be here 17/11 (today). Called the store and they have said no sorry, no tiles, we thought you meant the wall and floor tiles, we have no idea about the feature tiles and ‘will look into it’. My last review received a ‘email us so we can look into it’ comment so I emailed - guess who hasn’t responded? Called them - all busy, please leave a message, we’ll call you back. And no surprise, no call back. Absolutely disgusted at this stage with being given false information and a complete run around. Would definitely not recommend Mandurah Beaumont Tiles - go literally anywhere else!

Easy to order and very easy to speak with someone

Our consultant was friendly and polite but seemed in a hurry to get selections done and finished. She didn’t offer many suggestions to improve our look when clearly our initial choice was disastrous.

Everything was going well dealing with the Mornington Store until I went to return one un-used box of tiles ( staff member recommended we purchase extra box ) I was happy to pay the 25% re-stock fee but they also wanted $50.00 courier fee.
This meant I would get $20.00 back for a $95.00 box of tiles. Disappointed.

Jessica from web chat was an absolute lifesaver, had issues hearing on the phone so we did things via text and I can’t thank her enough for all help with getting us the extra tiles that we needed

Fabulous follow up and delivery as promised. The driver got a bit lost but called and we sorted it out quickly. He was polite and respectful.

Paige Peters and the Entire Team at Beaumont Tiles Erina are just amazing. I was just amazed with Paige's eye for design detail and ability to suggest alternative options. Her eye for detail and ability to "picture" the final product is a very professional skill. The team was easy to work with and every time I e-mailed or called, the service was exceptional!

Purchased a hybrid laminate floor from the Beverley store. Siobhain helped me greatly in choosing the product and organising the quote and instal. Today the floor went down. Lovely people did my install, and they did a great job for me. No mess, no fuss, just got in and worked hard. Looks terrific, I love it. Will definitely recommend to others.

Delivery was on time as per order confirmation, received a sms with tracking details for the delivery, the driver was very polite and friendly.

Starting from scratch for designing a bathroom renovation was made very easy by Siobhan.
She was a great listener and was able to guide me to products matching my preferences.

Did not receive confirmation that the tiles had arrived for pick up- had to call the local store a couple of times. When they found them I went to pick them up a few days later. Was chastised by staff member for not calling ahead 1 hour before arriving (I was not told to do this) and that they mightn’t be able to find them because the warehouse? Men had gone home. Made to feel I was just bothering them (I think because I had bought them online?)

I ordered some sample tiles on line and it was a very smooth and exciting experience. To be able to see with a full tile rather than a little square piece was and is fantastic.
