Just to clarify after reading Beau Today's response, I'm willing to pay for return shipping. However, your process requires us to place an order for the shipping fee before receiving a return label, unlike other retailers, which will generate the label immediately and deduct the fee from your refund. Additionally, I had to take multiple photos of the shoes and packaging, deal with numerous emails and wait two days for the label. Can we have a simpler return process?
Unfortunately, after reading your response, I have to remove one star; two stars left for the cute shoes.

Although the shoes are cute and well-made, the return/exchange process is a nightmare. Refunds and exchanges are only processed through email. Photos are required. We also have to pay for shipping before they send us the return label. Also, customer service is located overseas, so it can take a long time to receive a response.

The shoes are in very good quality, and very comfortable to wear. There is no break in time. It's comfortable from the beginning.
one thing you need to be aware of is: this brand does not have size 7, they have size 7/7.5. And from my own experience, it is more on the 7.5 side. So if your shoe size is 7, you can order 7/7.5 for pointy toe style shoes, or winter boots which you might need to wear thick socks. but for sandals or round toe style shoes, you might want to order size 6.5, 7/7.5 might be too loose.

Not recommended
Nice looking shoes, but the sizes are way all off. I ordered 7 and got 38 (different code). The quality is poor. Shoes can't retain shape, soles are mismatched. Returns are challenging. I was asked to pay for shipping to return to China.
The crossbody bags and top handle bags can be bought at Marshall for less than half the price. It is really not a good experience. Overall quality is not up to US market. I will not recommend to anybody.

I bought two pairs of shoes from them
I bought two pairs of shoes from them. They never arrived. I checked the tracking, it showed shipped but never delivered.
This company is in Asia. I emailed them for the delivery status. Three days later they responded they will check. Five days later they said the package was lost, and they will issue me a refund shortly. But they never did! So I had to file a dispute with my credit card company for non-delivery.
My credit card company issued me a conditional refund but said will contact the vendor for investigation. A month later, my credit card company said the vendor showed the package has been shipped. They asked me to provide further explanation. I then had to print out our email conversation, paid a fee for faxing those evidences to my credit card company. It took three month to settle and I received a permanent refund.
My complaints to this vendor is, their package failed to deliver, and they never kept their promises for the refund, and IT IS THEIR responsibility to deliver. Unfortunately , I had to go through this lengthy and annoying way to get my money back.
This vendor is totally not trustworthy, no matter how good the quality their products are as they advertise.
