Poor Exchange/Return Experience
When I inquired about exchange/return process for an order I placed, I was surprised that I need to ship the item back to mainland China. While I understand the buyer is responsible of the return shipping cost, unlikely many other oversea online retail companies, they do NOT have a return warehouse available in the U.S. which is where I'm located at. This makes the return cost very expensive for individual consumer and not worth to pursue.
The company should be transparent about the return warehouse location and put that information on the website under the refund FAQ, so consumer can have a clear expectation before they place the order.
In addition, customer service takes a long time to respond to email inquiry. It took at least two business days to get an email response. They will also ask you to submit photos of the products before approving any exchange/return. And there is no return label generated, you have to handle all the return transaction on your own. With all these hassle, I'd only order if I'm okay with the item being final sale.

Comfortable and stylish
I was pleasantly surprised by how soft and comfortable these shoes are. I have wide feet, and it’s usually difficult to find shoes that both fit well and look stylish, but these exceeded my expectations.

Poor customer service!
I purchased a pair of shoes in black color, but they sent me wrong color (brown) shoes. I emailed them several times, only to receive one reply saying that if I keep the shoes I’ll receive 15% discount for the next purchase. I refused the offer, brown is not the color I wanted in the first place. Since then, I heard nothing from the company anymore despite my repeated emails requesting answers. Now I don’t know what else to do but being forced to keep the shoes that I didn’t intend to buy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
