I purchased a pair of shoes from you. The first, It took about two weeks for me to get it. The second, the shoe does not fit me well, so I requested a return by email. The response first said a big discount may be offered for me to keep the shoe and how much discount I wanted. My response was 60% since I I could not use the shoe. I then asked to be given the return address for me to return and was not given. This was a awful experience!!!

I am impressed by the quality and responsiveness of the customer service. I ordered one pair of ankle boots and one pair of knee-high boots for my mother. I know the website emphasizes checking the sizing chart, so my mother checked. When the boots arrived, my mother felt the boots were a bit tight with socks on. So I explained this situation with the company through their customer service email. They responded right away and gave me a solution that I am happy with. I personally had success following the sizing chart unlike my mother's experience.

I am a repeat customer because the quality of shoes is excellent and their classic styles go with any outfits. They use real leather so I expect to wear these shoes at least a decade. These shoes are worth the money.

Very disappointed buying experience! Wait for a long time for shoe to arrive. Sizing is off! Customer service is very slow to respond! We are responsible for shipping fee for return or exchange to China!

Both loafers are with good quality. The 1 with lamb skin is extremely soft. The other calf skin is also equally good, but needs a bit break-in period. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Good size for running errands. The leather is soft, the shape is cute, and the color is rich. The title said is the detachable trap, but what I received is one with attached trap. Asked for exchange or return a few days ago, haven’t heard from the company yet. The customer service is definitely slow. Also the opening of the bag could be bigger for easy access inside. The leather is not top quality which is wrinkled and misshape when it is not full.
