Delivery was excellent unfortunately that was all that was good . Best place for this would be the fire its a pile of fire wood . Dont waste your money for 200 plus pounds i expected something that would at least fit together without having to get my tools out and adjust to fit . Oh and they sent the wrong chair .

Unfortunately when the beauty couch I ordered was delivered it was damaged. I contacted Beauty 4less immediately and a collection and refund was arranged. The service following was unsatisfactory as I ended up taking 2.5 days annual leave before the courier collected the item.

Great products, next day delivery, good price. Only comment would be that I did not receive a confirmation email so had no details. Delivery company did send an email. Overall though, I would recommend them and use them again.

Super quick delivery and very good value for money the product I bought. It wasn’t the best packaging when I received it but appreciate that the couches are very big, heavy and blucky. The box was a mess. Could have come with a Manuel/brochure with my item. The Couch is great quality as said in the description.

Unfortunately I can only give 2 Stars, as I did not receive my full purchase.
I purchased the black full starter kit, for £74.99.
I did not receive 2x 100ml bottle of 14% of bare naked tan.
I have sent 2 emails since my delivery and have not had a reply.
My spray kit, was also delivered by Hermes, but was left outside my front door, on the door step in the rain! It had been left all day.

Whilst I completely understand that the fact the item is flat packed isn't listed on the item we do dispatch all of our items on a next day, free of charge service and therefor these would need to be flat packed to keep the items down. No communication at all, no order confirmaton or shipping notice. Product arrived a week later and is terrible quality, I was excitedly awaiting delivery and couldn’t have been anymore disapointed with the quality - probably going to have to try selling it on for a loss as I’m lead to believe the item is non-refundable
