The product is not all bad it’s powerful and light. But the length of the pipe between the gun and the machine is silly short and not flexible at all. Also as much as I try the spray comes out like it’s being blown sidewards which makes tanning difficult

Would have given no stars rattan furniture came can not put together as the pieces aren't correct tried to contact customer services no joy email no response and Facebook messaged still no answer do not purchase anything - will give until tomorrow and will be contacting trading standards

Many of the pieces came quite dirty and needed to be cleaned before assembly. Assembly came with no plastic insets to cover up the drawer connections.

I received my item which would be good quality if it wasn’t damaged.
I have spent 4 days calling (but phone lines cut me off saying they are busy), emailing and messaging them numerous times regarding the damaged item but not received a single response!

Awful customer service. My item is damaged and no one has answered the phone or emailed back. Won’t be using again and I recommend Beauty4less to my students which I also won’t be doing anymore

Easy ordering and delivery as…
Easy ordering and delivery as described. However the upholstery was torn and marked on some of the corners but I plan to cover the table anyway so no plan to return. Having said that the table is sturdy, easy to set up and comfortable.

Money taken from account but a message…
Money taken from account but a message popped up on the screen to say that the order can't be placed.
It's been 6 days and still not had a reply to any of my emails (I've now sent 3)
Called the customer service number numerous times for it to ring out then be left with a message saying to email them...
Didn't get a confirmation email so no Order ID.
I have had a confirmation from PayPal to say the £149.00 has been taken from my account but that's it.
Have also raised a dispute through PayPal... still awaiting a response.

Great value for money!!
I must say, I was a little sceptical when I saw how reasonably priced this trolley was in comparison to other trolleys I’d looked at but decided I’d order as it was so cheap. When it arrived I can’t stress enough how impressed I was with the quality and how easy it was to assemble - it took 10 mins max for me to build. I’d definitely recommend this product and would purchase from this company again in the future.
