Despite the issues outlined below, I have subsequently had contact from the company and really appreciated their determination to resolve the problem. They were receptive to my comments and I felt they were keen to make right what had happened, and try to prevent something similar happening again.
Unfortunately, writing a bad review appears to be the only way to get a response. I have emailed and used Facebook message to no avail. Order says it has been dispatched, for over a week but yet to appear. No update on royal mail tracking. Previously had a good experience of this company but the lack of response to communication when things go wrong is really frustrating.

Seriously recommend these!!!
I've been using these gummies for about 6 months and I cannot even begin to explain the AMAZING effect they've had on me!! My hair is thicker and longer, my nails don't break anymore and my skin is glowing! Now I don't get any comments about how tired I look lol. Thank you Beauty & the bear :)

Insane hair growth in less than a month!
I ordered these a month ago, as I was losing huge amounts of hair after having my son, like I did with my other children. Sceptical like everyone else... but undeniably very effective! I actually panicked when I realised how much hair I must have lost over the years, as the amount of new hair growing is insane!!

Straight up fraudsters!
They should seriously consider adding a 0 star rating for business such as these. This is probably the most unprofessional business I have dealt with to date. I placed my order on the 19th, they were quick to take money out of my account, and despite them charging an additional £2.99 for delivery within the next 2-3 working days, I have yet to hear from this company. Even worse is that I have emailed them now 3 days in a row and yet to get any feedback. This is what you call straight up stealing from your customers.

Customer service could be improved
It took too long for my enquiry to be responded to and I really had to chase to get an answer but once I did, they were pretty much straight on with it and my product eventually arrived.
Just be aware that their response time takes longer than you would expect.

I was initially skeptical like most…
I was initially skeptical like most people but these gummies have made a difference for me!
Month 1- small difference in texture of hair
Month 2-3 little to no changes
Month 4 hair falling out a lot (this may be due to diet changes) Nails look stronger and grow faster!
By month 5+ Less hair is falling out! My hair feels stronger and looks healthier.
I can’t comment on hair growth as I’m not sure how to monitor that. All I can say is less of my hair falls out now :)
I have enjoyed this experience so far and will continue using this product in the sugar free version.

My hair growth journey!
Ever since i was a child i always struggled to grow my hair out, i would sometimes stand in the rain with a water bottle thinking rain water will help it grow. Ever since i’ve started taking these vitamins my hair has grown ,thickened like crazy! my dad comes home every 2 weeks he works over seas and he actually said “your hair has got so long are those extensions” it’s incredibly how much these vitamins and strengthened my hair, not only my hair my skin is GLOWING! and i usually have a habit of biting my nails but their so strong now it’s hard to which i love! i highly HIGHLEY recommend these vitamins they’re the BEST take my word for it worth every penny!

Really glad I tried these! Ordered after checking reviews and price seemed reasonable compared to alternatives. Taken hair extensions out due to lockdown and hoped to grow my hair naturally after it was left thin and damaged, my hair is now growing, healthy and had compliments that it is thicker. Also, took acrylic nails off and nails are now growing and not splitting! They are easy to take as chewable and taste nice so its an overall winner, I have just ordered 3 months more supply (which was on offer- bonus!) and recommended to a friend.

Awful Customer Service
I have placed an order and they promise that if you order before 4pm they dispatch the same day, I still haven't received an email to say it's been dispatched or received a tracking number and yet they've taken my money out of the account. I've sent messages on Facebook and sent emails and nobody helps you. They quick to rob your money but no goods actually materialise. Save your money and buy a different brand.

They really work
I started taking these gummies 2 months ago..and can say they really work. My hairline from the front was reciding with hair fallout after pregnancy, now the hair is growing back especially at the front of the head about 2cm so really happy and will buy again.

Love them! I have been taking these tablets for nearly 3 months (previously used another brand for 3 months but they had less biotin so I switched to Beauty and the Bear) now and I can see a big improvement with the thickness of my hair. my hairdresser said I have lots of new hair growth coming through and I am really happy with the results!
