Pretty good customer support
They have pretty good customer support, which is very handy when your order gets into a complicated state. My first order did not went through properly, then the money end up reserved for 1 month. At the end of the month, the money were transfered towards the beautycos. I have been in contact with their sales support and when they realised that money have been transfered, before i did. So they informed me immediately that the money will be return on the next monday. Which was 100% correct. Then I ordered the products again, and this time the order went through without any problem. I have no idea how things would have ended if I didnt get in contact with the support. So if there is any problem with the purchase, get in contact with them, they are fast and quite good at making things right.

Jeg er meget ked af din oplevelse hos os, men er glad for at vi fandt en løsning gennem vores telefonsamtale.
Det er sådan, at når man vælger afhentning i vores fysiske butikker, så kan der gå op til 7 arbejdsdage, før du modtager din pakke i en af vores BEAUTYCOS butikker. Du bestilte din pakke d. 6 februar og skulle derfor have modtaget din pakke allerede d. 15 februar. Jeg beklager meget at dette var tilfældet.
Du var i kontakt med min kollega Louise, som kontaktede butikken, for at høre hvad der er sket med din pakke og den var desværre ikke til at finde hos dem. Det er selvfølgelig meget beklageligt. Derfor forsøgte jeg at ringe dig op og skrev efterfølgende tilbage til dig på mail, for at finde en løsning sammen med dig. 😊
Som vi aftalte sendte vi en ny pakke afsted med det samme til din hjemme adresse på vores regning.
I forhold til din anmeldelse, hvor du skriver at du intet har hørt fra os og at vi ikke svarer dig på mail, er meget uheldigt. Hvis du bestiller online hos os og der ved afhentning i butik går over 7 arbejdsdage og ved hjemmelevering/levering til pakkeshop går mere end 1-2 arbejdsdage, er det meget vigtigt at du kontakter os, så vi har muligheden for at hjælpe dig. Vores kundeservice sidder netop klar til at hjælpe med sager som disse. Hvis vi ikke bliver kontaktet så snart leveringen går over tid, har vi desværre ikke mulighed for at afhjælpe sagen.
Som vi snakkede om i telefonen, skriver du en mail til os fredag d. 18, hvor vi desværre ikke kunne nå at svare. Derudover er vi ikke til stede i weekenden. Derfor har vi ikke nået at få chancen for at svare tilbage og løse sagen, inden du skriver mandag d. 21 her på Trustpilot. Vi svarer altid på henvendelser på vores mails, men vi bliver i enkelte tilfælde nødt til at have muligheden for svare indenfor 1-2 hverdage.
Jeg er glad for at vi fik det løst. Du ønskes en dejlig dag. :)

Dirty and broken
Good morning, the Glossy Nectar arrived broken (I guess it's broken on the neck because it keeps dropping from it). It's not really crashed so it was impossible to see it immediately. The whole packaging was wrapped with dirty bubble wrap and scotch.

We are of course really sad about your experience.
I can understand from my colleague that you have been in contact and that the shipping company has informed us that the package was damaged and therefore we have of course sent a new package and it's on its way to you. Unfortunately, it takes some time before this is delivered, due to the distance to Italy.
We wish as a company that we could personally deliver all the packages to our costumers, but unfortunately that’s not possible. We therefore try to pack our deliveries as well as possible.
It seems like that you have unfortunately received the package, which was already damaged and which the shipping company should of course have sent back to us, instead of you. I hope this makes sense. If any questions occurs or if I can help with anything else, please let me know.

I can see that you have chosen DAO as your form of delivery.
In addition, I can see that DAO has been past your address with the package on 14 January, but they inform that it is not possible to deliver the package to your address. They have informed us that it is due to incorrect address information. Therefore, DAO chooses to deliver your package to the nearest parcel box, as it has not been possible to deliver to your address.
I'm sorry you did not feel you got what you have paid for. In this case, DAO has assessed that it was not possible based on the address information they have received.
