My order never arrived
My order never arrived. Beauty Expert's customer service is useless. They just keep telling me that they have passed it on bla bla. No refund or apology. They have taken my money and I have no product.
Edit: the reply below is a joke. I have received no message from Beauty Expert and I am unable to reply to their comment on here. Tracie, how and where did you send me a message?

Disappointed. The presentation box arrived with grubby fingerprints all over it and two of the boxes inside were damaged, torn and squashed, meaning there was no way I could give this as a gift. It looked as though it had either been old stock or had been returned by someone. I contacted customer services who asked me to send photos however after trying several times I could not get the photos to upload and there was no way of getting in touch with anyone as my emails kept bouncing back. In the end I gave up and just kept it, but it was meant to be a mothers day gift and was completely unsuitable to give to anyone in the state it arrived.

I ordered three items on the 5th of March, i get a notification that two items are going to arrive and the third will follow. I received no items and today is the 19th of March. I was informed i could have a refund which will take 5 days..a total and utter waste of time. To take someones money when clearly they dont even have items in stock. Lets see how many times i have to beg for my money back before it hits my account

I placed an order on 5th March and it was meant to be to have taken 3-5 working days and we’re at nearly day 10 and I’ve emailed 3 times, and I’ve heard nothing back
Update, after reply given on this review I’ve still not received any more information about where my order is?
Another update, I received my order 21 days after ordering! Luckily the product was definitely worth the wait!!

Horrendous
Horrendous! I put my first order in and it was damaged in transit, this isn't the problem but how they dealt with it! A week later and I'm no further forward. I'd go into more detail but even I don't understand how a business could complicate such a simple recall of items from the courier issue into a 'you must wait a further 48 hours'! Each time I get in touch. It's ridiculous! I'll never buy from this business again. Stick to boots or superdrug. Utter joke of a business that does not have the customer needs at its heart. Now having to wait a further 48 hours but by then I'm promised they'll know what's going on! I'll believe it when I see it! It's alright though it's only £80 worth if items smh!

I don't know why this site got so many bad reviews, but I ordered my stuff on 3rd February and I got the email saying that the estimated delivery date is between 10-15th Feb. As they promised, I got my parcel today (15/03/21).

Ordered a product last month didn't receive it so I contacted them they said they will send it out 2 weeks later still nothing so I asked for my money back and I've still not been refunded it's been over 7 working days... Wouldn't recommend to anybody such a huge let down of a place

Very poor customer service experience
Placed an order few weeks ago- the item has not yet been shipped. Already asked twice from their customer service to cancel my order, and they're completely ignoring my request and asking for me to wait. Just now sent my 3rd cancelation request attempt 😡.
