The people are not trustworthy.
Orders do not arrive.
When you ask for refund, you only get half of what you paid and everyone you will talk with will appear to know nothing. Even though there is record of your order on their website.
The service was painful and I just gave up.
I do not recommend Beauty expert.
Service is poor, website is misleading.
I paid for 30 items only received 10 items and spent a month hearing stories and stories. After that was told your order maybe with your neighbor. How rude and insensitive.

False promises
I was very disappointed that, although they sent an ad saying if I spent more than £70 on the brand I would get a gift, I did not do so. The exact same thing happened with Look Fantastic - which is, I now know, a sister company.

After reading so many negative reviews I was so worried, even tried to cancel my order, but got super quick delivery, my only suggestion is to bubble wrap the item for better protection other then that, all good.

Very disappointed in this company. Placed an order 2 months ago and still have not received the items. Everytime I contact them, I get the same generic reply with no time line or answers whatsoever. Absolutely appalling.
