I have been a customer since the very beginning and love their products. Earlier this week, a new product launched. I was so excited, like many others, until I saw that there was a warning on the product page about carcinogens and lead exposure. I had a look at their comments on social media and could see that a few others were asking about it too, but received no explanation or response. I commented and politely asked if I could get more information about it as no one seemed to have received a response. Almost immediately after, my comment was hidden. It appeared on my social media, but not on anyone else’s. So I tried again the next day, and my comment was hidden again. I tagged them, was ignored. I ended up sending a direct message to them on instagram asking about the warning and the comments being hidden. I was sent a copied and pasted explanation. When I asked why my comments had been hidden, I was ignored. My message is still marked as seen right now, with no response back. The thing is, I worked at Trustpilot for almost a decade. Transparency matters to me. I thought it did to Beauty Pie too, I guess I was wrong. Censoring polite enquiries is not ok. Not apologising is not ok. You’ve just lost a long-term customer.

Although Beauty Pie does a range of good products, the Customer Service is absolutely awful. I recently placed an order and realised within a few seconds that I had selected the wrong address. I immediately contacted customer services but there was not a single human being that I could talk to despite it being at 9:15 am - clearly within business hours, the AI agent refused to help me and kept saying ‘have a lovely day!’whilst completely declining to help me with my issue.
I have since had a conversation with an actual human being who again said ‘have a lovely day’ and gave some laughably thin excuse about not being able to change an order. No, that isn't true – you could’ve done it, Beauty Pie, you didn’t WANT to and you’ve caused me so much hassle because of your unhelpful attitude! I will think very carefully before I order from them again and I advise you to do the same.

Great products, easy to order and reasonably quick delivery times.

I’m really enjoying beauty pie and love a number of their products. I like knowing I have a high quality product offering without being totally overwhelmed by so many options. Personal faves are the Triple Hyluronic Acid serum and cream, and Youth Bomb. My only gripes are actually the app and not the products. Why why why isn’t there a favourite or wish list button? I often browse things and want to save them for when I next do an order, but there is no feature for this! Adding to basket clears in 24hrs - so annoying! I have to make a list in the notes app or remember them. Please add this very basic functionality! I also wish there was more guidance (like a quiz?) to help guide what products you might need for different skin issues. I’m sure this used to be a feature, but has now gone. For newbies or those with evolving needs throughout the year, having some more specific guidance or routine builder would be really helpful

Up until now I’ve always had great service from Beauty pie. I got an email to say they my membership was about to renew and that I didn’t need to do anything because my membership would automatically renew. I then got an email saying that my membership had been cancelled, however I didn’t cancel it. I contacted Beauty pie to try and renew and no one has got back to me. Not great customer service beauty pie!

Efficient delivery and brilliant products!

Great customer service and delivery. Great product and great price. Only thing to change is the packaging for the tinted moisturiser could be approved as overtime the silver overlay starts to heal away and get stuck to my finger before applying product.
