They have been deducting the non discounted price from my salary every month and noone is responding to emails as well. Just go sign up for the gym you want by yourself, they offer absolutely no extra benefit but rather take advantage of expats here who do not know the system.
I needed to contact the customer service several times and 3 different staffs requested the 3 different things to change my starting day at the club. Total spent minutes in 3 calls were 82 minutes and it was for nothing as my issue has not been solved. Finally I sent an email by ccing CEO, customer service manager etc. and had no response. 1 star is more than they deserved in my case!
