Excellent Service! Highly recommend! Had a bed on order with a large national chain, for over 2 months, who decided to cancel the delivery the night before it was due, (we'd already got rid of our existing bed). Walked into Bedside Manor on a Wednesday Lunchtime, explained the situation and what we were looking for. The team took their time to listen and even looked at what they had in stock that they could deliver quickly.
Bed was delivered 2 days later early Friday morning.

What a refreshing change to find such fantastic customer service from Bedside Manor, particularly after recently experiencing an absolute fiasco online elsewhere for the same goods. The owner went above and beyond to help me find a suitable divan with a speedy delivery as promised. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone and they will definitely be my first port of call in the future.

Unbelievable choice. Perfect assistance given (thanks Andrew) to us as a couple, who were completely bamboozled on a mattress selection. The effortless choice was made by a process of elimination, along with superb sales knowledge of the pros and cons for each one. We left the store having purchased our dream mattress for the next 10+ years and well under budget. I would not hesitate in recommending this huge store for anything bedroom related (beds, mattresses, wardrobes, pillows, toppers). It was recommended to us, and to be perfectly honest, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else in the future. 1st class ! Well done to a perfect family business !!

Bought an amazing divan bed from here about 18 months ago, it is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever owned, it also looks good as we got the matching headboard. Went to Bensons for beds 1st and the quality you get there is nothing like you get in this shop for the same money.
We have just gone back today and bought another for the spare bedroom and they were nothing but amazing. Informative and not pushy at all, wonderful customer service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
