We love our new mattress
We love our new mattress! It’s super comfy. We went for the giltedge gel touch 2000. The process was super easy and the team at beds on legs have brilliant customer service would get back to me on any queries within 24 hours. Thank you for an easy stress free process!

Good customer service
I ordered a mattress from beds on legs. I ordered it on a Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. After it was delivered there was a slight mark on it. I got in touch with Stuart from beds and he was so helpful regarding the matter. He has been very good regarding after sales and constant communication. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again as customer service is very good.
It's nice to have someone on the end of the phone to sort out problems when they arise and Stuart is very helpful sorting out issues.

What great service
What great service. Found a beautiful bed on their website, but wanted to order but take delivery 8 weeks later on a specific day. Emailed customer service & got a speedy response, and they updated my delivery date. Had tracking information from a few days before delivery and a 2 hr delivery slot the day before. The delivery staff were fantastic & delivered to my bedroom upstairs & wore over shoes to protect my new carpet. Bed was easy to put together & looks great! Would highly recommend this company.

This is the second bed I have purchased from this company. The quality is excellent and pricing is really competitive. The delivery service was exceptional, really quick with constant updates.

Amazing customer services
I bought a beautiful bed and trundle over a year ago and was able to put it up quite comfortably with the instructions provided.
15 months later and outside the 12 months manufacturer warranty, the trundle had a small fault with one of the slat but overall still in working order.
Stuart went out of his way to convince the manufacturer to replace the trundle, which they did and now I again have a perfect bed and trundle.
Amazing customer service (pre and post), which a lot hard to come by in this day and age.
