Wow....I will not be ordering from this company again....if you would like poorly built goods, and an extremely poor customer service then by all means use this company.

I purchased a bed and mattress from a major high street retailer not so long ago, and the customer service and quality of build was a 100 times better.

Interesting to read on other review websites of the poor attitude of the director....says it all really!

I needed a new bed and decided to spend a little more than I would normally. Beds For Legs ended up having a good selection of styles I liked at reasonable prices, and bonus they were a cashback option too!
The day after I ordered I received a call to confirm the order and arrange a convenient delivery date. They were friendly, the call was short and sweet which was great.
We agreed a day for delivery and I was told the courier would be in touch with some timeslots. The courier didn't get in touch until the day before the expected delivery and until they did, I had started to worry the delivery wasn't actually confirmed. This was my first big purchase of this type and I wasn't sure of the process, so that's on me, not them. I was texted a delivery slot around 9.30pm the night before.
The next morning I saw the attempted delivery failed, called the courier in a panic and they explained they had just needed to swap vans and the delivery would still be that day. The courier was friendly and helpful so all good.
I will definitely use these guys again.

There was an initial mix up on delivery in that parts for two completely different beds were delivered. It was rectified relatively promptly and the replacement delivered a week later. Happy with the service received, and the bed delivered

I visited there showroom as it was near where I live There was plenty of beds and mattresses to choose from and was helped by one of the staff we given information on the ones I was interested in and was very happy with the price.

Had a quick response from customer service when requesting samples and asking a few queries before buying. The bed was dispatched in the timeframe stated and arrived fairly quickly. Paid a fair price for a very luxurious bed compared to others similar elsewhere and it arrived as described without any defects which is rare these days and for me is the most important thing. Very happy with my purchase.

From start-to-finish, my experience was very positive. I had read very poor online reviews about some bed companies so was extremely cautious because the bed I eventually bought was a considerable amount of money. I went with ‘Beds on Legs’ because the reviews on ‘Trustpilot’ were excellent. I was able to pick the date of my delivery, which was confirmed by a courteous telephone call from ‘Beds on Legs.’ The bed was delivered on that date in perfect order. I ordered a Kaydian bed for my son, and without a shadow of doubt they are of the highest quality and durability. I couldn’t find the bed cheaper anywhere else, not for want of searching the net for a better deal, and the icing on the cake was the heavy discount given to me at checkout. The delivery guys were excellent and very helpful. They phoned me ahead of time so i could get on with my day. All-in-all, a very positive experience and ‘ Beds on Legs’ has become my first port of call for beds in the future.

Before purchasing I contacted customer service for advice and received a helpful prompt reply. Manufacturer times l timelines were accurate, and the bed arrived well protected and as promised. I again contacted customer services to ask some questions about maintenance of the bed. Within a couple of hours I received a very helpful call from "Stuart". Sometimes companies can take your money and don't want to know after the sale. It was refreshing to know beds on legs seem to value after care service too. Thank you

My first time ordering fro Beds on Legs. The website was well laid out, easy to see the products and Customer Service was very helpful answering my questions. After I ordered I got a phone call asking when would be the best day for delivery and delivery went flawlessly. The bed is well made and very comfortable.
