Great prices and fast delivery

Not received my bed frame yet so unable to give a proper review

I was searching the internet for a branded bed that I seen in a well known highstreet store. I was hoping to find it a little bit cheaper. Beds on Legs had the best price but I'd never heard of them so ordering from them was an unknown. I checked them out as much as I could and they seemed to get good reviews so I went ahead and ordered online. I was able to choose my delivery day during the checkout process and I chose a few days later-super quick. I received emails and text messages to keep me informed and the driver called me on the day. The bed arrived on time and in perfect condition. The whole process was perfect. Highly recommended.

I needed a mattress to take away the same day in an emergency. From the limited choice available same day, got a mattress very quickly, helped me into the car with it, and so far it has been comfier than expected for the price I paid.

Bed delivered promptly but it is still in storage while we finish decorating so we are looking forward to seeing it in place eventually!

The bed is lovely now that it's completed and I'm very pleased with it. My only problem was that the central support bar (part No 05) was made of a very hard wood and it was difficult to get the screws in completely. In fact, 5 of the screw heads broke off, but the remaining part of the screw did the job. I covered the completed base before placing the mattress on so that the screw heads that were still protruding, did not damage the underside of the mattress.

I’ve have sent a few emails asking for the delivery date for my bed with no response from the company.

Outstanding customer service. They've replied quickly to every query I've had via email.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order due to unforseen circumstances otherwise I would have absolutely loved to order from them. Can't fault them at all and if I ever need to buy another bed frame or mattress they'll be the first place I go to.

The delivery slot was bit hard to manage as little notice of 3 hour slot. The delivery team were very polite but accidentally delivered 1 box which was meant for another property and so had to come back and exchange it later on. The product seems to be very high quality but the assembly instructions are hardest ones ever come across. No words at all - to guide - and it was very difficult to match the items to the instructions. Think worth considering using small stickers to number items (as some flat packs assembly instructions do).

We got a king-size "Kaydian Walkworth Ottoman Bed" which was delivered today. The process was overall quite smoothly: delivered on the scheduled day, without delays, and to our bedroom on the 1st floor. This might sound trivial but other companies (like Johnlewis or Dusk) just find excuses not to deliver anywhere above the ground floor, so it's good to find a company that actually makes it up to their promise.

The bed looks very nice in our bedroom. I assembled it by myself but to be honest I'd recommend a second person to help. We like the fact that it has a gap underneath for the vacuum robot to pass by, so dust doesn't accumulate too much. I can't say how sturdy the bed is because we haven't tried it yet, but the lifting system works well with the mattress on top. To give some constructive feedback, we didn't like that the bottom of the storage system has some gaps, which means dust and fluff will come in. But to be honest that can be easily solved by placing a big sheet or some plastic inside.

Great product. You lose one star because the assembly instructions could be clearer. Just number the individual parts, that would help sooooo much.

I ordered a Fabio Studio White Wooden Storage Bed, a Bee’s Knees side-opening Ottoman bed and a blanket box.
The wooden storage bed arrived in no time. The assembly work was quite challenging as there are shelves on both the head part and the foot part, not to mention the small and big storage drawers. The final product looks gorgeous but we wish some tips and reminders on assembling wooden furniture will make the work easier for us. Once or twice my family member thought of giving up altogether. We’re glad we have persevered.
The custom-made ottoman bed took a little more than 4 weeks. We’re pleased that the customer service was quick to answer our query and helped check the progress.
Delivery was smooth. The bed came in two big boxes with a headboard. Assembling was simple. There were even stickers on the bed which shows where the screws should go in joining the headboard to the bed. That’s very thoughtful indeed. If the heavy boxes, the headboard and the blanket box had come with restraining straps, that would have been most helpful as there would not be the danger of pulling off some staples while getting a hold on the smooth-surface headboard and flipping the boxes from bottom-up to its bottom-down position. Then my beautiful wooden floor would be safe.
The ottoman bed is sturdy and worth the price as the heavy mattress is rested on the wood cover of the box and storage is inside a wooden box.
We love what we have paid for. I will surely go to Beds On Legs again if I am to buy another bed.
