Happy with the reliable delivery…
Happy with the reliable delivery service. The bed looks very sturdy. We haven't used it yet, although it was easy to put together and we look forward to using for guests in future. It looks great for a day sofa too.

Advert accurate and would recommend both product and your company
The procedure and speed of your company was brilliant. Met the price match promise when I found the product £60 cheaper elsewhere.
The product itself is of high quality and works a treat. The only downside would be that the instructions are very misleading and there is a damaged area on the top of the left side which is visible but then apart from taking it all apart and returning , this would have just been a headache.

Really delighted with service from company,as I was badly let down by another company. Customer service was excellent. I needed extra fittings and they were delivered as planned and followed up phone call when they said they would. This rarely happens when buying on line. Loved the headboard and the quality of it. Would use company again.

Excellent company to deal with, walked in and walked out with a new mattress and it fitted in my fiat 500 although I did doubt Stewart when he said it would go in, it did, got it home and on my bed. Brilliant would not ever go anywhere else, customer service is excellent.

Definitely Recommend
Was a bit wary at first due to not hearing of the company and looking at some of the reviews but I am so happy with my purchase. I got a divan with storage and the quality is amazing.
Delivery was on time and they delivered it to my room also.

Cannot be Beaten
This is the 3rd time we've used Beds on Legs - x2 mattress and one ottoman bed. Had looked everywhere else before coming back - nothing comes close to them both on price, goods and service. Hats off to them - a small run family business that is a treasure to Hull. Always friendly and very helpful. The guys who delivered the mattress on Friday went above and beyond. Great service, not perfect build quality
Had a devan bed with floor level headboard and the bed is great. Unfortunately two of the drawers were a bit tight, I spent some time removing a runner channel from one and trimming a bit of wood out and reattaching the runner to make it run smoothly. Then when I moved the bed with the headboard attached the headboard bolts had their plastic heads snap off. I just called Bedsonlegs about it and they said that suppliers only provide those and not metal capped, which seems crazy to me! But he very quickly arranged for a fresh set to be sent out without any fuss at all, and suggested where to find some big washers to add to reinforce it, which was really helpful. A very supportive call. Now realised I probably should have mentioned the sticking drawers 😁

Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a bed online, got delivered OK, but the bed didn't meet our satisfaction after putting it together. Carefully disassembled the bed and put it back in its original packaging straight away but they refused for it to be returned and for me to get a full refund. I had to sell it on gumtree with a loss of £315. I hope the staff at beds on legs had a good night out at my expense. Thanks for nothing
