Rip off prices

Charged £29.98 for 1 pkt of incorrect cigarettes & the 1st time voucher didn't work. I thought I would get 2 packets for that price. Offered £5 refund! Won't be using again!!

Great

Driver came at early hours morning so really appreciated he was so kind anx friendly prices are high on the app compared to real shop prices but then you pay for the convenience which I value

Excellent service

We only discovered Beelivery yesterday by googling delivery firms. Deliveroo didn’t cover the area to where we wanted to send provisions. Within 1hr 20 mins, all the food and medication we ordered, had been delivered courteously and swiftly by Igor the driver to our son’s address in another city. Igor had also called to explain in clear English one of the products was not available and offered a list of all the alternatives. We are delighted to have found Beeliver and will certainly use this service again.

Delivery @ stupid o'clock

Wasn't expecting to stay up late but when you run out of beverage at stupid o'clock and uber wasn't available then Beelivery came through. Great driver great service.
Slightly expensive but it is what it is.

We also pay our drivers a fee for driving to the store hand-picking your items, then delivering your shopping to your door.
We do check supermarket prices on a daily basis, so if they reduce their prices, so do we, so that we stay as competitive as possible.

Appallingly expensive

Appallingly expensive. Some items double the price you find in Tescos. My order was only accepted once I upped my tip amount, which the website suggested I do. This feels like extortion - take money off my account for an order and then make me tip extra to get a driver. Then the estimated time kept extending. Plus an item was missing. I will never use this service, nor recommend it to anyone.

Some of our drivers travel quite a distance to get to some of our more rural customers who don't have access to local supermarkets, so we have to pay them more to go that far.

The tips that can be added are entirely at your discretion and 100% of the tip goes directly to the driver.

The only order you have placed with us was for 10 cans of Thatcher's Haze Cider, which is what was delivered to you and therefore your mention of the item being big, poor quality and not working doesn't seem to fit with a description of cider cans?

Total scam

Total scam, charged £15 for Purina cat food received Felix instead which is £5. Also only one load of crap white bread rather than two brown bread. But the cat food was the worst, massive rip off. Massively ripped off and over charged. Avoid at all cost.
