Driver claimed to have rang my doorbell…

Driver claimed to have rang my doorbell and I did not answer. I have a ring doorbell and a security camera system and a number of dogs ( one is a very reactive guard dog). It is very clear in footage the driver sat in his car and rang my phone, then took a picture of my house and drove away. The company now inform me they are still charging me for an order which did not receive. As far I am concerned this is fraud 'delivery was not to my door' this a Breach of contract and keeping my money for a service and goods they failed to deliver is fraudulent.

Very poor please do not get ripped off.

We didn't receive any communication from you or the driver to say that there was an issue at the time and if we had we would have looked into this for you and come to a resolution.
