Fab Driver

First time using the site. I am disabled with no transport and had a broken back tooth. My fabulous driver brought me pain medication out of hours that I would have had to waited days to be delivered. No complaining; just a smile. So worth the money. Shall leave a bigger tip next time.

What an unbelievable joke

What an unbelievable joke .
Impossible to contact , no delivery, high , very very high prices,

Automated response service, EVREYONE in the world , bar nobody hates , loaths them .

You have changed your company name three times and the reason why you’ve done that is because you’re a joke and it doesn’t work and you haven’t got the infrastructure and your advertising heavily on TV for people to YouTube but we’ve not done it. Get your product in order in the first place. If only you’ve spoken to somebody like me to actually let you know how to run a business properly in the first place you might actually be doing something properly however you’re a total and utter waste of time. You have my email address. You can email me. I’m happy to come and advise you your company directors and I’ve already working there how to run a business properly because the way you doing it at the moment is not you are a total waste of time

Great service

Great service. Excellent contact from driver. One item missing from the delivery so driver went back to collect missing item and apologised and delivered very quickly. Used this service a few times now. Very impressed.

I am a Beelivery driver

I am a Beelivery driver, and customer support is terriable.

Today I accepted a job that paid £13, had to travel to 2 shops to collect the items as they were had to find.

Paid for the items and was within 1 minute of getting to the customer, and within the allowed time.

Beelivery cancelled the job and only paid me £5, I then had to return the items to where I got them from for a refund travelling extra miles, I complained to payment support and they were not helpful.

Any drivers I suggest you avoid this company.

I have now submitted a letter before action to them lets see how they respond.

In response to your reply.

I had multiple chats with your payment query team who were adamant I would not be receiving any further payment and gave me a final response, I have screenshots from the chat if you wish to see them.

I believe I exhausted all of my time complaining to them so I sent a letter before action email.

I suggest you check before replying with incorrect information.

And still just paying me and extra £5.19 still doesn’t add up, I had to take the shopping back and was lucky I was within Asda’s 20 minute return window for for chilled food.

The delivery in question was cancelled by the customer (not Beelivery) at 12:30pm today. Our automated system paid you £5.52, which was incorrect, as you were owed a total of £10.71. The remaining £5.19 is being manually paid to you and will be in your bank before the deadline, which is 5pm tomorrow. In reference to our support being unhelpful, the only contact we have had from you is a threatening legal letter. We advise just to email us via the driver dashboard in future so we can fix any issues in a timely manner.

Prices are going up and up extra…

Prices are going up and up extra charges here n there for something and less reliability or verification! Have had many times orders being picked or on way and waiting times gone up half hour n then another half hour etc think worst one was like 4 hours later! Only use when really needed now a days!!

Shoddy business that don't deserve any attention

I wouldn't even give them a star if I could. The app is way to hard to navigate as well as being a former driver., I spent out my own money and I gave them the correct details to deliver a alcohol order to be kicked off the driver app when they didn't pay me the money that was owed to me. Now they won't answer my emails and they still haven't giving me that money that is owed. Don't trust these skivvies. You pay through the nose fees to get simple items from a local shop. This site should be banned for targeting the vulnerable candidates that can't get out the house. It sickens me to my core.plus I can't upload a receipt because you have kicked me off the system !
