I have just been in contact this morning with Hayley Crossing a delightful Beer 52 sales lady (Although hung over from the works party at this weekends Beer 52 annual party) (yes please) Anyway could not be more satisfied with the help and friendliness

Friendly and Proficient

they sell out of date snacks and beers…

they sell out of date snacks and beers , we had a box with beer and snacks too months out of date

Good value promotional offer

Good value promotional offer. However initial agent was a little misleading saying that the next delivery would be dark roast when it wasn’t. You should give customers the option to pick dark or medium roast. Agent that dealt with cancellation was very helpful

She is amazing

She is amazing Mikhaila Powell
I spoke to her this morning.
So kind ,and helpful person.
I feel comfortable sharing my thoughts about my subscription and she listened carefully.

The coffee itself has a different taste than the other commercial brands.
Customer service is
helpful.

Great company and great products

Great company and great products. Sent as a gift with a generous deal offer.
Sadly not a beer drinker myself and so cancelled my membership afterwards. Such a simple process and great member of customer service, Mickaela, who assisted me. Highly recommed trying them.

The beers were great.

The beers were great but due to some personal stuff had to cancel my sub. Cancelling was a breeze and I spoke to the amazing Kaye Kaur who almost had me in tears when she told me what I'd be missing out on with the next months beer selection, unfortunately I just couldnt justify continuing with subscription until my current situation improves.
