Great product and prompt delivery. Only down marked due to an option on the ordering page to leave notes regarding delivery (I insisted on a safe place) and this was ignored by the courier who didn't even attempt to leave at the property and gave the parcel straight to a neighbour who was outside at the time. If they are not going to follow instructions then remove the option

We provide a comments box in case customers want to leave messages for us about their opening hours, sample requests or anything else relevant to their order, but it does state that this is not the place to add notes for our courier. Couriers will only take instructions from the receiver so we can't do this on your behalf. The text below is displayed above the comments box on our checkout page:
"Please DO NOT use this box to specify instructions for the courier. If you wish to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you will need to specify this using the courier's parcel tracking service. DPD Predict will send you information on how to do this as long as you have provided us with your email address and/or mobile phone number."
I tried to give you a call to explain the above but couldn't get through, so I hope this helps to clarify for next time you order.

We had been looking for a box to distribute our Three Tuns Mini kegs nationwide and the box supplied by beer box is perfect for single kegs. Delivery was overnight too which was excellent service.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately every so often we can have a production issue which isn't always apparent until the boxes are actually used by the customers. When this does happen we try to react as quickly as possible, and in the case we have contacted all other customers who have had boxes from this production run to see if they have had similar issues.
We immediately checked all the other stock in the warehouse after your call and unfortunately the issue seemed to be across the entire production run, which is why we were unable to send an immediate replacement.
Just as a note the issue wasn't due to the material quality (which is extremely high), but due to incorrect pressures on the tool during production.
Apologies for the issues that you have had.
