I bought Portable air conditioner in summer, it came with complete window kit which was easy to set up. It ideal for small room but it is bit noisy which I think is normal for any air conditioner works with compressor

Heater packed up today. Couple of weeks before Christmas - great!
The reason the are inexpensive is because they are cr@p.
Mine lasted a little over a year.
Don’t waste your money.

Arrived chipped although working ,I didn’t want to send it back because my 88 disabled mother needs it & was happy it’s working and keeping her warm, but I feel she shouldn’t of had to pay full price but since my last review the company has not only gave my mum discount but full refund 👍

I bought a heater from Amazon in November 23 it stopped working in Feb 24 (just outside of Amazon’s 3 month return policy) !

I have been trying to contact someone ever since - Ive had one email reply and managed to speak to someone once who said they would send a replacement - back in April !

Appalling aftercare if anything goes wrong - trying to contact someone in so called customer services is like trying to juggle sand - impossible !

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

ordered a belaco steam cleaner on amazon, it arrived with none of the attachment parts - its taken me MONTHS to get any kind of response from them and they keep asking the same questions over and over again.

would not recommend this company as they have seriously bad customer service. wont be buying form them again which is a shame as the item wasn't cheap either.

edit: since writing this review i was sent the correct parts that i was missing but this was over 4 months later than when i had told them the part were missing. thank you for rectifying.

We brought a kettle through Amazon and within weeks the lid would not close and eventually fell off.
I complained through Amazon but the company Belacoe blamed me at refused to do anything and looking at there feed back on here I can see why
I would advise everyone NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY there products are RUBBISH AND SO IS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Convector heater purchased 04/01/24 stopped working 05/03/24. Sent all paperwork and pictures requested for refund and received no other communication from them despite several emails requesting refund under 12 month warranty.
Customer service is non existent, found their social media page to leave a review, suprise suprise they delete any negative comments......
Please save yourself your hard earned money and don't buy from this company.

Very bad customer service no clear warranty.
I bought 5 heater from them and 2 of them broke down in less than 6 months
They refused to do anything
Repairing or replacing.
The only warranty you get is 30 days
Which is a waste of money.
Other companies give you at least a year warranty.
Other than that their customer service support is very poor as most probably you will not get any helpful advice from Belaco
SO DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS if these products don’t have decent or even basic warranty.
Buy it elsewhere.

This is probably the most unreliable heater that I have ever had, 12 new elements in 12 months and it has blown its final 3, it is now going into the bin, save your money, don't buy one. The elements are useless, hard to fit junk. They aren't meant to be changed as they are soldered in but after un soldering I could replace them only for the new elements to last 2 weeks

Bought a dehumidifier from them, it arrived promptly the next day, so can't fault that. However it stopped completely after a couple of hours and I have been unable to contact the company by phone or email since. The phone rings endlessly and the email returns the message "there is an error, please try later".
Draw your own conclusions - but I should have read the other reviews first!

An absolute joke of a company

A part within my Belaco juicer broke and I messaged the company to request a new part . It took weeks for a response that was unhelpful and after sending a response have waited weeks to receive yet another unhelpful response . This was only after I chased them again .
The customer service is non existent and I would never ever purchase a Belaco product again

I bought a halogen heater which broke within the first month of use. I ordered replacement bulbs however when trying to remove bulb it broke and glass shattered as the bulb was not as easy to remove as shown in Youtube videos. A relative asked me to order one for them which I tried to dissuade them from but they went ahead and their halogen heater also broke. It has been less than 2 weeks since they got theirs so I definitely do not recommend their halogen heaters.

Quick delivery, great prices, everything as advertised. I was very skeptic Al after I read reviews on here but all arrived the following day delivered by DPD. Happy customer

do not buy from these i bought a wall fan which eventually turned up to find it was missing the wall bracket which is very important for a wall fan, when i originally placed the order i got an email from them to give me tracking details which said the item would be here the following day which i was impressed with then to find out it never arrived i tried to phone them and no one answers the phone so i then had to go trough AMAZON to get this sorted i eventually got the fan today fri 22/07/2022 to find out it was cheep plastic and also missing a crucial part THE WALL BRACKET i have tried once again to phone the to no avail so i have now asked AMAZON to return this to them where i want a FULL refund, if they had any customer service i might feel different if i could give them minus stars i would what ever you do,please do your research on this company i wish i had

I bought an electric heater from their webpage

The company withdraw my money straight away, but I never received an order confirmation ( or my heater) and the company does not reply on emails.

When the heater did arrive I had already purchased and received a heater somewhere else, and now have no possibility to return it as they still do not snowier emails.
