Om the website it said that the item was in stock and that it would take a maximum of 4 working days before we received it. We therefore chose to order from Beliani as we needed the product as soon as possible. After 4 days, we still had not received confirmation that the item had been delivered. We tried to call several times but no one ever picked up the phone. Ended up emailing instead and was told that the item was not in stock and had to be ordered home first. We were told that we would receive the item in 6 business days. After several emails back and forth and several delays and new promises of delivery dates, it ended up taking 3 weeks before we got the item.
If the company had been upfront and told us it would have taken this long we could have just cancelled the order. Instead of constantly getting told new dates for delivery. Really poor service. Also if you have a phone number on your website it should be monitored. We phoned so many times and no one ever answered which just added to the frustration.
We have had the product for a few months now and are very happy with it. But we would never order from Beliani again as the experience was really frustrating.

I bought 2 outdoor storage boxes which were delivered on July 30th. Both boxes were missing a part and had a part that was included twice. In the large box, the wrong part could be used as a substitute but not in the small box. I reported the missing part on Aug. 2nd and today, Aug. 28th, I still have no idea when or if the missing part will be delivered. A recap of the excuses:
- Aug. 4th: we normally ship on Wednesdays but this week we won’t ship. It will be sent on Monday Aug. 10th
- Aug. 12th: the warehouse has a little delay. Expect to receive it in a few days
- Aug. 13th: it will be shipped before the 19th for sure
- Aug. 21st: Warehouse mistake. It will be dispatched on Aug. 26th
- Aug. 27th: Warehouse mistake. They have written to the warehouse and await an answer.
Meanwhile I have read reviews on TrustPilot (should have done this before…) and I can see I am not the only one with this kind of problem. I strongly recommend that you read the reviews carefully before ordering from them.
Update Sep 5th: We have received the missing part.. a month after reporting it was missing. Spontaneously I thought it was a used part because a corner was folded (it’s in metal) and there seemed to be no protective film and many scratches. While mounting it, we found out that there was in fact a protective film and most scratches were on the film itself. So apologies if anyone has seen my update yesterday. I am glad this bad experience is over.

First, the delivery of our goods was not communicated properly. Even though I chose a specific date when ordering, they sent an email saying it will be delivered earlier. Then I received another email from them in the spam section (luckily I noticed it) that the previous mail was faulty and the goods will be delivered on another date. So we waited again and no delivery happened. Turns out they didn’t want to deliver because one of the goods was not in stock, even though I specifically marked when ordering that I want to receive all the other goods anyways. So I called customer service and they promised another date and that the driver will call 30 minutes before delivery. Driver called when he was already at the address, even though it takes me at least 15 minutes to drive there. And now the goods that were not available back then are delivered by GLS to a completely different city’s package shop. What a mess!!! Terrible experience.
The goods themselves are very bad quality (I’d say Made in China quality) and very overpriced. Sofa is too firm and already creaks and squeaks after few weeks use. Also there was no instruction where to find the sides And legs of the sofa when assembling. Turns out they were under the sofa. The bed we ordered didn’t have all the parts, the lamp’s electrical connection was damaged. Overall, would definitely not recommend this company. After this experience I don’t believe in online shopping anymore.
Don't buy akacie wood outdoor furniture here...I bought a swing and used it just 1 season stored it away from frost in winters. It has got 3 parts changed right after buying in a new piece. And now it is getting fracked from many places. I registered a case after multiple tries as Company is totally irresponsible never bother to reply emails and most of the time fails to answer calls. It is almost 2 months I clearly mentioned while registering case that I took care of product properly. After multiple follow up I was told on phone that their product expert thinks it was due to improper handling. It should have been given oil coating right after buying? I was planning to oil this year 1st year after using just 1 season post buying but from 2 months no one is adressing concerns. How on earth is that possible what I think bad quality product and to fool people. The company thinks every one is busy these days no body will have time and energy to follow up and in mean time 2 year period will be over and then we will wash our hands. Even direct mail id of the contact person is not answered after multiple follow ups. Stay away. Strongly not recommended.

It's truly a shame that their customer service and general transparency with customers is a big zero because their products are quite beautiful, and I am happy with my purchase. However, it was stated when I bought it, that it was ready for delivery and it would take a week to deliver. My item was received a MONTH after paying for it (and was only sent when I called customer service around the clock.) Their service is the worst I have ever experienced, everything is slow, it's evident that they don't really care about customers. Only positive thing about this company = its products, but it's simply not worth it with the horrible treatment.
Furniture quality is OK, but customer service is terrible until you call them yourself and the logistics in this company are the worst i have ever encountered. they delayed shipping by a 1.5 month because they did not see we would like to receive things separately and took over 2 weeks to respond to email. When they shipped they should have shipped 3 items only 2 arrived. When called I was told it was a mistake and it will be shipped soon. Called again after more then a week found the item is not in stock anymore and they did not think to contact me at all.
Mails bounce back, no one answers the phone. They got the money though. No product delivered.

Not professional at all
We made the order back in early April And were in touch with customer services few times to Ensure delivery is indeed taking place and still our items haven’t arrived! Even though we were assured they are on their way. Got a text from delivery company that never showed up. No answers can be provided to us when we will receive it and now we can’t even get through to the customer service line.
Communication and promises made are not met - the company is unprofessional!
Updated review - we ended up cancelling the order and sleeping on the floor (like we have been for several days that Beliani wasn't able to provide answers or lie to us about where our items were). We were promised by the manager that things will be delivered next day every time we called and they never were - we weren't even informed that yet again there is a problem or delay. We had to call and ask for situation update. we got conflicting information from customer service reps when we called last time before canceling the order also what they have on the system. Don't recommend at all.

Worst service I have ever received!
Ordered a table and a lamp - however i never received any confirmation, hence i contacted the customer service who told me that he fixed the issue. However that never happened as the confirmation never arrived, hence I had to call them again.
Then they delivered the lamp to the wrong location!!!!!!! Hence I asked them to kindly send it to my address - That of course didn't happen.
Then i asked them if they can then send my table and the lamp - they assured me that both items would be sent to my place - I only received one piece of the lamp!!!!
Following that i asked them again - when I could get the rest of my order, and they said they would make sure i get it all whenever I decide it would be convenient for me, and gave me a voucher.
This voucher was actually not valid when I tried to use it and the Customer Service contact, was busy hence I could not reach them.
When i finally reached them, they apologized and activated the voucher so that I could use it. I asked them if they could deliver the remaining part of the order (the table and the remaining part of the lamp, as well as altan set) the following week.
I was reassured that it would all arrive on the same day and I would not have to worry. In the morning of the expected delivery i receive a phone call from the transporter, stating he would be there in 10 min. 30 min after that i receive a phone call stating he is there, however when going down to let him in, he wasn't there. It turns out that he was again AT THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!
That means I had to call the Customer Service AGAIN!!!! and ask them to fix it. The transporter called me again to ask for my address (Why he didn't have my address is completely beyond me!!!) and said he would be here in 10 min. 2 hours later he still hasn't arrived! When he finally arrived, he only had a box with the table!
I called the Customer Service AGAIN!!!! And still couldn't get a clear answer as to when I would get the rest of my order.
Last update I got was Friday when i was told that I would get the altan set as well as the rest of the lamp on Tuesday between 7 and 9 am!!!! This never happened, i have not been able to reach Customer Service and have not received any update what so ever when I will finally receive my order.
Worst customer service i have ever experienced!!!!!!! Will definitely never order from them again as they are not able to deliver, or communicate. Emails sent to their customer service bounce, their line is busy and only works occasionally.

Overall a poor experience; purchase arrived late (excusable in these times - but customer service was terrible; pendulum between giving incorrect information and saying it wasn't their issue but freight company's).
When the furniture finally arrived, it does not fit the measurements provided in the description; seat-width larger - so ultimately, I had a ton of trouble getting a cheap piece of furniture that does not fit the measurement I need - though the description says so.
It really is worth it to go with a nicer company and pay a little extra, if at all possible.
