When our first order arrived, we had a part of it that was poorly designed (arm on an office chair). Beliani immediately helped us with a replacement. Fast resolution, zero complaints from us, as this was manufacturing issue, not service or sales. Michael, the one who helped, did everything to ensure we were satisfied - and we were. We ordered from them again and had zero issues. Delivery was prompt and as scheduled (which is uncommon during these COVID-19 times). The items were affordable and the quality was above & beyond what I had expected. Hands-down, I plan to order from Beliani again and I would absolutely recommend Beliani. (: Kudos again to Michael. :)

Very good and quick service

There is a difference mark on the surface of the velvet sofa received, (similar to the color difference, which is unique to velvet) the customer service replied that this is normal, so I am very dissatisfied!

I ordered a daybed. The velour fabric is so smooth and soft, and the model and color fits the picture on the website perfectly. I love it. Plus, it arrived less than two weeks after I ordered it. Definitely coming back :-)

ordered a kitchen trolley and got 3 wheels instead of4. called about it and they told me i should send an email otherwise they cannot help me further. So i send and email and i get a response of them after a day which askes me what kind of wheel is missing with or without brick. it was in the weekend so i expected to get an answer after the weekend. after the weekend i indeed got a response from the company saying the wheel is not on stock (But how if mine is missing?) and the sending of the wheel will therefore be delayed. Furthermore, i do not have any idea on when they are gonna send my missing wheel and in the meantime the kabinet is standing on 3 wheels.

Also, the quality is really ikea quality i could've bought it there actually and have a better quality and service. I wont order here again.

This is a nice place to visit, they have lots of stuff to choose from. And it's very easy to find your way around the site. And the delivery time is fast, can only recommend to shop around here.

Udemærket service

Extremely disappointing experience.
-Item ordered and paid
-item delivered to the wrong address
-one week of everyday calling customer service to try and get it delivered, only to hear same promises every day
After another week of waiting for them to solve it, I send an email to request either money back or the item to be finally delivered only to be told that it cannot be delivered and refund will be done when they get it back. Don't you think customer should be informed???
When exactly is money going to be back to my account?
Poor business ethics, poor customer service, no information sharing.

Horrible scam company - stay AWAY!
Placed an order with them for goods which where supposed to be on stock. The charged my credit card right away.
When the goods where not yet shipped after 12 days I cancelled the order by email, as instructed on their website. I received an autoreply, that they would reply me within 5 days. Due to this we called their customer service in the morning the next day, here the employee confirmed that the order was cancelled, and that we later the same day would receive a confirmation for the cancellation.
5 hours later we receive an email informing that the goods have now been shipped...Seriously!
Again I contacted customer service, and they replied that I had cancelled the order after the goods were shipped, and due to this I have to pay a 70 Euro cancellation fee. It is simply so far out. I both have an email and an autoreply from the day before, proving that I cancelled the order they day before the goods where shipped, just as we spoke with the "customer service" in the morning, who also confirmed the cancellation.
I have tried calling their headquarters, but you just get forwarded to the local department who are the very same people who say they will deduct 70 Euro from the refund.
I have now involved my lawyer and she suggested we called the customer service together, making a recording of the call, as we will take legal actions in case this is not solved.
Legally I have to inform the counterpart that I am recording the conversation, which I did. But as soon as they heard I recorded the conversation, they hung up. We tried two times, with the same result. So it is very clear this is a company who does not care anything about consumer rights. And as they take the money from your account right away, when you place the order, they are holding all the cards, and they know this and act accordingly.
I will however take the necessary legal steps, to stop this company from ignoring basic consumer rights and EU legislation.
NO NOT place an order with this company!
