Products are not well made
Products are not well made, mine arrived broken but they only give you 24h to make a complaint otherwise they do nothing about it. Sizes for beds are off- my mattress is 180x200 so I purchased a bed the same size. It has huge gaps in each side so the mattress moves all the time. The way its designed to sit against the wall the pillows fall down all the time. They boast about a 365 day return policy to get a store credit - yet they ONLY accept returns if you have the original box. Can you tell me who holds onto a massive box for 1 year? Much less more than a few days? So thats their trick. Now I have a broken bed and an ineffective product but I cannot exchange it because I'm missing the exact same cardboard box it came with. A joke!
