bad quality and big charges for returns
Ordered a pair of chairs with them, the chairs turned out to be of poor quality despite the very high price.
Requested return given the supposed return policy they advertise. Turns out they charge 50 euros for returning, which they hide that info on moment of ordering. Many better places to order from than this very bad company.

We inform that, regarding orders made before March 19th, in cases of returns the customer is in charge of the transportation fees. On the other hand, our clients can always return the products with the transportation company they prefer.

Terrible products quality and post sales service
The way they treat clients is humiliating. The table top started to peal off just 2,5 months after being delivered and they didnt want to asume any responsability, saying we didnt take care of it enough. I imagine they made this table for the exposition and not to be used at all. And they guarantee high quality. Shameless!

Our Quality Department takes care of every customer request. The customer should provide us pictures in order to determine the nature of the possible inconveniences.
Regarding the guarantee policy, "Any damage resulting from wear and tear, aging, failure to follow the instructions for use and installation, and improper handling of the product, as well as minor damage, are excluded from the guarantee."
We remind as well that the client shall report the defect by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Beautiful dining table and good delivery from Beliani
I ordered my dining table from Beliani, and it was in very good condition and beautiful. I've received a lot of compliments for it. The delivery was faster than anticipated and assembling the furniture was simple. I was able to do it by myself.

A well-made, quality bed at a reasonable price
After an exhaustive online search for a sturdy, good-looking bed in the size I needed for my new mattress, I finally decided to order one from Beliani. The bed took a couple of weeks to arrive due to the current crisis, but it arrived within the promised timeframe and in good condition. I am so pleased with the quality of my order that I am now looking at ordering a pair of bedside tables from them.
