I would give Belier less than 1 star If I could. Purchased a t-shirt from these guys on 9th April and it's now 5th May, still waiting for a refund but seems like nobody from the other end has not been bothered to check on emails. Overall a very poor experience from these guys, it's such a shame because they do a great range of stylish products, but not delivering on customers expectation. I hope someone from customer service gets back to me after they've read my review, and gets in contact.

Never ever buy from this shop. No customer service, no answers nothing. They will bill you for anything they can, incorrectly. Made two orders, issues first time, same thing second time.... Save your time please.

SCAM! Paid for next day delivery few days later package still not sent out. Got an email from them saying they will keep me updated, few days more and still no update asked to cancel the order and get a refund and they stopped responding! Very unprofessional will never deal with them again! Now I have to do a chargeback with my bank because they are SCAMMERS and are not responding!

Awful customer service. Basically get a reply of ‘Nothing we can do, too late’ when I emailed minutes after placing an order for some help, got no response until they decided to post the order then reply saying. Too late

I have bought from Belier quite a few times now and the quality of the clothing is very good and looks great.
The customer service is also very good, I had to return some 1/4 zips as I needed them slightly bigger and Julie was extremely helpful in facilitating the return.

Fantastic quality clothing at fantastic prices !! Modern and smart whilst keeping that individuality about it ! Belier ticks all the boxes.

Always quick to respond to any concerns regarding returns and item queries.

Shirt shrunk after washing to the manufacturer instructions. Customer service were extremely rude and unhelpful, expensive shirt for ridiculously poor material. Avoid at all costs awful company don't waste your money

Order a black1/4 zip funnel neck knit and it was one of the worst quality neck knit I’ve bought don’t buy from their sh*t!!!!

Quality of product is extremely poor for the price. You would get higher quality in the budget stores. Returned my item and didn’t hear anything for around 10 days. I had to raise a dispute on PayPal to get the to respond to me. Typos all over the place and some passive aggressiveness in the response I got. Not a proper business. Do better.

I had a issue with a coat contacted the team replied in quick time resolved the issue no questions asked. 10/10

Belier customer service and the quality of clothing is of the highest standard. Quick, prompt and attentive responses when I had an issue with my return (which was my fault) couldn’t recommend enough!!

Send incorrect orders, slow to rectify (didn't at all in my case) and misrepresent shipping costs. BEWARE.

They advertise one price for shipping (in custom fees) when ordering and then qoute 3x+ that amount when you lodge a return. That's in addition to having sent me the wrong item on an order and not taking any responsibility. On top of this I had to follow up over times to get a response, Julie from customer service kept blaming it on their fulfilment centre. Decent products (nothing beyond what you can get online mind you) but terrible service and misleading practices

Belier is a great clothing brand, offer high quality stuff every time, like with all brands some things hit and miss when it comes to fits but the customer service is exceptional and they sort out refunds quick and efficiently.

If I was to give one piece of criticism it’s those metal branding labels on the clothes, see a lot of brands use these but they fall off after one wash, could do without them!

Favourite brand on the market right now, recommend highly

Absolutely terrible. I have emailed them about 4 times, still not response. I emailed them on Instagram. No response there either. Their live chat link doesn't even work on their website. Straight up scam. I really wish I read the reviews before purchasing, because it looks like I won't have my purchase cancelled. Truly a scam, and honestly needs to be shut down
