Ordered product as a Christmas gift but the courier did not deliver. I contacted Belief customer services and the the re ordered and got delivered today, before Xmas so it was great service from Julie at customer services. Would highly recommend and in the unlikely even of an issue the team at belier will fix quickly and have great comms with you to keep you updated.

I discovered this brand Belier at the beginning of the year and so glad I did.. The Quality of their products is excellent and washes and dry clean's perfectly. The money i used to spend on one t-shirts i get an outfit top and bottom and looks class and cool and got great remarks on holiday for all my Belier set's. And I'm not on commission here guy's but genuinely had to return one outfit to change down a size which someone who was 200 kilo's and lost
100 kilo's is a great feeling and a first lol .. but the wonderful lady at Belier promptly dealt with my issue in a professional polite and nice manner. So do I recommend Belier ..most definitely 10/10

I've made an order in the past weeks. It has taken a long time with some hardships from the support team to help me but finally I've received it.
Some of the items were of very poor quality, and I'd like to return them.

However, when I try to go for an international return through your website, I'm being quoted 40-50€ to send back my items.
How is this possible?? Essentially charging about 50% of the value of the items just in return shipping.

I don't think I'll deal again with the brand if they don't fix this

I had an issue with delivery of an item, and it was sent back to the sender. I contacted Belier to ask if they could re send it to another adress and even asked to change the item. They were very responsive and helpful

I recently came to wrap my husbands Christmas present and noticed a small imperfection on the item. I emailed belier hoping for a replacement, although I had ordered the item a few months ago. Julie has been amazing and sorted me out with a replacement, no issues at all. She has been really helpful and kind. Thank you so much.

Took my money 3 times and their returns didn’t work or any refunds ever sent! Please do not take any notice of good reviews they write these themselves!! Horrendous sizes and items that don’t look like the nice photos they put online. I’ve been scammed please take note and don’t waste your time money by buying from them!!!!!

The fit is perfect for my medium sized hubby with size 9 feet. Thank you belier we have returned some items as we ordered wrong sizes but never had any issues with returns or refunds

Thank you for going above and beyond. My parcel was held back due to my own mistake. I emailed belier and they were very helpful and on this occasion they sent my parcel next day delivery. 10/10

Sent me a faulty item and wanted me to pay to return it. Now ignoring my emails . The clothes are cheap polyester and made badly so I would avoid.

I had to return a pair of swimming shorts as they were to small and they sent back the swim shorts and then added a matching shirt! Excellent company and great communication throughout!

I am very happy with the order and delivery time, it was easy to track as well via Shop app. I ordered tracksuit - joggers and hoody and both are great quality, perfect size and look and feel great.

Even there was small issues with pricing, Julie have responded next day after submitting my enquiry and have refunded the difference within 30 minutes, so massive thanks for quick and great customer service and products.
