Shoes too Large -- $10.95 to Return
Received shoes ordered and they were WAY TOO BIG!!! Started a return and Belk wanted to charge me over $10.95 to return the $32.73 shoes. I will donate instead and NEVER SHOP BELK AGAIN IN THIS LIFE!!!
Still haven't gotten my refund
The shoes I ordered were too small (so small it seemed they had been sized incorrectly). More than two weeks after they emailed me to say they had received my return, they have not issued the refund. When I called, they blamed it on my bank's processing time and said it would take another 7 business days. My bank has never delayed other refunds. I lost $10 shipping each way and have to fight for my refund. I'm not ordering from them again.
Great experience at Belks at Branson Landing!
I shopped at Belks at Branson Landing in Branson, Missouri yesterday and had a great experience! As I was leaving the store I spotted a dress, wrap and matching jewelry on a mannequin and absolutely loved the look. I was short on time! Saleslady Billie helped me to find everything I needed and l left the store so very happy!

Beyond words is what comes to mind when attempting to describe the expereince my mom and I had in Belks this week. Jazmine (I hope I spelled that correctly) works in the Clinique department and we had the absolute pleasure of her assisting us. She was working with another lady as we approached the area and she quickly acknowledged us. Jazmine told us that she would be with us in a just a few minutes. She kept checking on us to see if we were ok with waiting. As soon as she finished with her customer, she came over and we explained that we were checking on the stock of an item we had recently come in regarding. She remembered us from our visit and went over to the area and found the item on the tester table. There was not one in stock, she checked the back, checked the website and there was none to be found. I guess you can see by now that she went above and beyond to assist us. If every sales associate was like Jazmine, people would simply come in just to visit with such beautiful peple. Thank you, Jazmine for having such a lovely spirit and being so kind!!!

Disappoibted
I ordered and just received a table floor lamp. The box marked FRAGiLE was obviously thrown around in delivery truck. When I opened the box the one part of the table lamp was chipped in the corner. Came with no screws (8 ate missing) or socket nut. I was upset. Called Belk customer service. They would reimburse me $25…that’s it. I don’t want to go through the trouble of packing this up or trying to tape the box all up. I was hoping they could send another lamp or even just the screws. Nope. Very disappointed in Belk.
Men suit cramped in a bag
I have a Belk credit card. I’m normally very satisfied with Belk and the online orders however today I received a men’s suit I bought for my 43 year old son and it was crammed in two little bags. Very wrinkled.
Sent damaged clothing
I was sent an obvious damage item and it still had the sensor on it. I have pictures. The white pants had black stains on them. I returned the item to the store and made the associate aware of why I was returning the white drapy twill pants by DKNY. She said she was going to damage them out. I went back on the site to try and order them again but they were sold out. I had the associate check to see if the store had them but they didn’t.
Terrible service
I ordered a suit , received the correct pants, but received a completely different jacket. The colors wouldn’t match the pants even if I wanted to keep it. I asked to speak with a manager because it’s a repeat of the same issue every time I order. The CSR stated that a manager was not available. Needless to say, it’s not good to order offline because you’re sure to receive something completely different.
Terrible customer service
I ordered a pair of sandals for my grandson. I was not only sent the wrong brand. I was sent the wrong size and the wrong color. When I called the first time I was told that I would have to return these before I was sent out the pair that I had actually ordered. I was sent a shipping label but I was unable to print it on my printer or my daughters. When I called the second time the man told me that I had already been sent a shipping label and if I couldn't do it at home that I could go to a public library and print the label out. I told them that I was disabled and he kept asking me to go to the library at least four times. I asked if they could please send me a return label in the mail but was told that they could not because I had been sent a shipping label via email This was not my fault that I was sent the entirely wrong order. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that the manager was on a 2-hour break. Wow really! How nice for the manager. I will never order from Belk again. Their customer service is extremely poor

This company is a total scam. Do not buy from them. I bought a shirt on their website paid shipping $10.99. When I received the shirt, it was defective. They charged me $10.95 for return shipping fee. I believe their ponzi scheme is to make money on shipping by charging customers twice. They sent me an email to refund everything except the return shipping fee then proceeded to charge me the initial shipping cost too. I lost $22 buying a defective shirt on their website. I will never buy from them ever again.

I recently visited Belks in Sevierville TN. A salesperson whose name is Deon was so helpful in the shoe department. He went out of his way to find the shoes I was interested in the back storeroom in my size. He didn’t have to offer to check further for me. He could have just said looks like we don’t have your size. He went over and beyond to help me. He is a credit to this store and his family. I bought 2 pairs of shoes. Thank you Deon. I wanted Belks to know this young man was worth his weight in gold! I don’t know if he works on commission or not but he is an excellent employee!!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Leslie during my recent visit to Belk, and I just had to take a moment to share my experience! From the moment I walked up to her register, Leslie greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that made me feel right at home. Her positive energy was contagious, and she made the entire checkout process so smooth and enjoyable.

Will never order from them again. They are the most unhelpful company I have ever worked with. I place an order tried to cancel it right away when I saw the wrong shipping address . Then tried calling and was on hold forever when I finally got someone . I was told now mind you this was under hour and was told they could not change a shipping label. Now I have work with businesses and I know you can change shipping label in that amount of time it is not that hard to do.Now they are going where I do not live and have no connection with. So there goes my granddaughter Easter dresses that I tried to change within a hour of ordering and pressing the cancel order with in 10mins. Do not shop online with this store they do not help at all with something we all know could be done

I needed help with finding a shoe size the sale clerk help me with the shoe size I could not see because I did not have my glasses. Clerk were very helpful. Clerk name were Gwendolyn.
Belk issuing return labels which aren't legit
Another outrages experience with Belk. For 2 items I tried to return via mail, they issued me 2 Fedex labels. When I presented those labels at Walgreens to complete the shipmen (per Belk suggestion), the Walgreens informed me that neither of those labels are good and cannot be scanned. Note that labels were issued by Belk via their website less than a week ago. Apparently, Belk is now issuing return labels which arent' legit.
