My husband ordered a very nice bracelet for me for Christmas. Each time I wore it the clasp came apart. I called to have it reported and would like to return this bracelet. I stated all emails should now go through this email address. Did not receive label to return due to sent to wrong email. Finally sent the bracelet but the refund did not include the warranty. Several calls and emails had to be made to just do a simple return. Only good thing was the customer service individuals were very nice. Will not buy again from this company.

Had to contact support who said they shipped out a new order for the set and was advised to keep the one received or dispose of it. The new shipment still had only ONE statue. Stop false advertising on your website to generate orders.

The app for Belk is hands down the worst shopping app I have ever encountered, it almost NEVER WORKS for me. I have deleted the app, bought a new phone, upgraded my data plan to the highest echelon, put in multiple tickets with Belk customer service- no resolution!! I am unable to buy anything online OR use the coupons I receive. Being a long time card holder with an “elite” status means nothing & they are losing thousands of dollars from me annually.

Frustrated but made right!
Ordered 3 items online. Experienced issues with not receiving in mail. Contacted 4 different customer service reps over a 3 week period. Each representative stated to wait 2 more days. Frustrated beyond belief, after waiting a month, a representative named Kazarae provided quality customer service!! She went above what was expected and made it right!!

Belk has a 30 day return policy for a full refund with a receipt. If it has been over 30 days and you have the receipt they will not take and item back for store credit. My Mom had a pair of pants over the time limit all tags and they have the same item on the rack for the same price as we paid. They said even with the receipt they would take it back , but would only give her $5.00 not the price paid of 29.50 even though we had proof of purchase. This should be illegal signed irritated and lost customer.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I ordered an item in a store and noticed the shipping was addressed to another customer/address. I immediately let the associate know so it could be fixed. She had to call the floor manager which took 20 minutes before the mgr showed up only to tell her to call "customer service." That was a nightmare. They were rude from the start and could not resolve the issue. I had to call repeatedly for the next 3 days. On the last call, customer service connected me with the original store manager and then hung up on both of us. The store manager was shocked and apologized to me profusely and took it upon himself to help me resolve the issue. This should have been a simple and easy fix but customer service was useless. Also, my orders are randomly cancelled with no warning. I have shopped Belk my whole life but they have lost me as a customer. Too many other places to shop with great customer service. Shopping at Belk is self inflicted torment including not only their incredibly inept rude customer service agents but also their outdated POS software and horribly designed website.

Today I visited the Belk store in Mooresville with the usual kind of workers not acknowledging my presence for assistance.
I had a worker, the first time in over a year to ask can I help You with anything. The worker actually Startled me. Nikeila, (not sure) must have been new in the store. Mooresville is the worst Belks to shop in for some reason or another. They only cater to people they choose.
These workers are awful and they should take a customer service course how to treat all customers the same.

A week goes by and no email, so I call back to check the status and it was rejected because the rep who created the case put the wrong customer number in. They told me it would be 3 - 5 business days before they would get to my case. I asked for my case to be expedited because I had already waited a week with no response. I called back again and the customer number was put in wrong AGAIN. They told me it was expedited and they would get to it as soon as possible. If I could rate this company lower than a one star I would. I ordered a sweater on sale for $31.65. The sweater arrived very very late, after Christmas, and it looked like it had been worn, the material had been worn and the satin hang straps inside at the shoulders inside to hang it had been cut off. I only received 9.75 credit back for it and called 4-5 times being told they would rectify it and give me the other $21.90 credit which I never received and the supervisor Hawa hung up on me. Have tried to return my gift (which arrived with the security tag still on). My daughter (the gift-giver had to get involved), they could not do a simple return for the same item in a small size, without a security tag.
We're still jumping through hoops for a $39 sweater.

I ordered two pair of shorts and paid shipping. Both pair were incorrect and could not be used. Totally Belk's fault for shipping the wrong merchandise. I drove 45 minutes to take them back at the store, no problem getting my refund but they WOULD NOT refund the shipping even though they admitted they shipped incorrect merchandise. They told me to call customer service but they also would not refund the shipping. Never again will I shop there and I am telling all of my friends and writing reviews on all the sites. This is theft.
