Delivered different product to that which was ordered, it was apparently "the new version" but did not look like the one as advertised. No notification or attempt to rectify

I'm sorry you're not happy with the item you received. The product code is the same and the only difference is cosmetic with the new version of the tap having the H and C markers, whereas the previous one didn't.
You asked if we were able to source the old version, or else you'd keep the one you received but unfortunately, with them not being made in that style any more we are unable to get it. You were offered a return, which still stands. I'm sorry, it's not that we didn't attempt to rectify the issue, we are unable to give you the resolution you requested as the item is no longer produced.

Kerbside delivery strikes again
OK, I didn't actually see the product I bought but the algorhythm has sent me this review request. I didn't complete the order for a bath as, with many companies, they only do kerbside deliveries and you are supposed to get the item into your house. This is now common practice and to me unacceptable. If you're paying for something plus delivery, this is poor service. However, they were easy to contact and refunded me right away.

I'm sorry you had to cancel your order due to it being a kerbside delivery. Unfortunately, some of our larger items are delivered by third-party couriers on a pallet on a kerbside service, a bath being one. They will often get the pallet onto a customer's driveway or into a garage, but as you advised, you have a steep garden and live on the first floor, so they could not get it any closer to your property than kerbside.

Package arrived with 'Fragile' tape on, yet has clearly had an incredibly rough trip to us, I've literally never seen a package delivered this damaged before, you think they'd be embarrassed to hand it to you in this state! 🤞🏻 everything is o.k and not broken. More of a Royal Mail issue to be honest.
UPDATE: Bella Bathrooms have been very quick to resolve this issue, and easy to contact.
Only negatives are Royal Mail.
