Ordered a shower tray from Bella Bathrooms which arrived damaged.

The company did send a replacement, which I appreciate, but they have refused to arrange collection of the broken tray. This has left me with a large, heavy concrete tray blocking my hallway.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 retailers are responsible for the return or collection of faulty goods, so I am hoping the company will review this situation and arrange collection before I have to escalate.

Your reply is factually incorrect and is why we deemed it necessary to escalate the complaint and also email multiple times without receiving any positive response until nearly 2 weeks had elapsed.

Absolutely amazing quality for the money and second to none service from bella bathrooms

Found everything in one place. Good price, fast delivery. The only one issue was the delivery. We didnt have a time slot at all, just a day, which is complicated when you are working.

I recently ordered a lot of items from Bella Bathrooms for a renovation. I spent a long time searching the market specifically for Scudo fixtures, and Bella was comfortably the most competitive on price.

What really stood out, though, was the support. Ordering a large volume can be stressful, but the customer service team was brilliant and always available by phone or email to answer my questions. Everything I received is of great quality and exactly as described. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Currently if you order over £1,000 of products you receive free delivery which was a nice added bonus.

Very Impressive service! The shower screen and tray were excellent quality! I was expecting a cheaper flexible fibre type
tray but a solid, heavy tray arrived and I’m very pleased with that for the price. Delivery service was also spot on. On time, incredibly helpful and friendly driver and all arrived in perfect condition. Top marks for 2 top companies! Thank you!
