I have been ordering from Belle Fever 3 times. First was 2 name necklaces for my daughters which are so beautiful and smooth. Second was bangle and bracelet for my friend and her daughter. Third was my personalised necklace with drawing and 2 pairs of beautiful butterfly earrings, 1 pair is a gift from belle fever for my birthday. I love all of them. I am so greatful to found this company! Customer service is great, very friendly and so patient! Great quality! All my orders were received earlier than expected! Will surely be back and order again.

I had previousy offered to return the goods to this company. they just make excuses I told them not to call me they keep callbg from Australia!!! . The extent of the substandard product is not just the hinge as they are trying to say this has been fully detailed to them with photographs. It is the whole assembly from paint work, tarnished scratched dirty hinge, dripping paint missing paint work broken ballerina scratchdd lock, the inside is not attached properly the personalised messaged printed in the top is pixilated, the lock does not work. This company are now trying to blame the carrier for this disgrace. I have photographs of the item and in no possible way could this have been done by the carrier. They are not to be trusted now they are trying to blame someone else. They apparently have photographs of the item before it left them. This does not happen in transit.

Omg this company is relentless they are calling me offering a replacement. I have refused and they still keep calling. I have requested my money back yet again! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I ordered a custom made jewelry box for my Grandaughter. The item was shipped directly to her due to the COVID situation. The item arrived broken dirty and not assembled correctly. The lock does not work the paint was uneven the hinge at the back had split the wood and is hanging off
the company do not reply to emails or phone messages.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A DISGRACE.

I have replied to you via email and as discussed I have no confidence in your product and wish my money to be refunded in full. I have set you photographic evidence of all of the issues.

Hi Cat, I am sorry to hear of your experience. I can assure you that we always assist customers that are having issues and always reply them. We are also always contactable. I can see that you sent an email to us about your concern just yesterday and due to the time difference between the UK and Australia, we do reply within 24 hours which would be today. Your patience would have been appreciated before choosing to accuse us of not reply you.

I have received your concerns about the jewellery box hinges and the difficulty with the lock and have replied your email. We have also spoken to the supplier and checked the photos of the jewellery box before it was sent out and it left us in perfect condition, each item we send out is photographed for insurance purposes, the damage could have been when it was sent in transit and our records and photos indicate the jewellery box left our premises in perfect condition. We do not send out orders that are damaged as that would make no sense. I understand that you have personally not seen the jewellery box as you had it sent direct to your grand daughter. Delivery is something to which we unfortunately do not have control over, however, what we can and are trying to do is assist you by calling you to arrange for you to return the jewellery box to us for a refund or replacement while we have this investigated and not create any more delay for you, but we keep getting your voicemail. If you could kindly check and get back to me on the best time we can call you when you will be available, we can assist you in this matter. Thank you

UPDATE: We don't normally post something like this publicly but as a small family business, who are also humans behind this message and who is trying to assist a customer who through her profile is seen to leave negative reviews all the time, it is quite disheartening . As mentioned we are trying to assist the customer to which we offered a replacement or a refund when the jewellery box is returned. We had replied the customer's emails, always been in contact with her in every contact she made and given her resolutions in an attempt to resolve this for her, unfortunately this customer chooses to continue to edit her review with more nasty words even in our attempt to resolve her issue with a refund which is what she claims she would like. I just hope that those who read this review and our response, give us a chance to experience our service for themselves and make their own decision. Thank you

I’m so disappointed bought a photo…

I’m so disappointed bought a photo engraved pendant for my mum who’s parents both passed away suddenly. Her birthday is coming up and the present is awful, you can’t see my grandparents faces or the picture the jewellery itself is tainted and tacky. The picture they send me was not the way it looked be aware they photoshop this before they send it, they offered me another one which I declined as it would have turned out exactly the same way. There is no where in this website to uploads the photo difference, size shape, colour and quality totally different to the draft they send through. Don’t buy!

I want to confirm for you that sneak pics are not edited and are raw photos usually used for insurance purposes when we need to lodge an investigation with the delivery company should anything happen to the order, so no editing is done on sneak pics.
Our photo pendants are a photo negative which means they are like a true photo and are seen clearly front on view like when its worn, not from different side angles. We however, wanted to assist where we can, so I can see that our email to you offered you to keep the pendant you have and create for you at no extra cost another with a different photo or design, should the lighting make it appear darker for you. Once again we are sorry to hear of your disappointment and would love to assist you, should we be able to assist you further, please feel free to reply our email to you. Thank you

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a photo engraved pendant first one came could not even see a person on it blamed picture I sent them sent new picture replacement was no better and do not answer complaints brush over what you are saying and you have ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF GETTING MONEY BACK £70 TOTALLY WASTED AVOID AT ALL COST
Edited after reply the pictures sent are nothing like the finished object that customer receives your replies only offered to send the chain that hadn’t been sent with the pendant and did nothing to address the fact that I wasn’t happy with the product as you can see from other reviews on this page the photo engraved items advertised are not anything like the ones that customers receive.

Perfect present and amazing customer service

I ordered a tree of life necklace for mothers day at late notice, and Belle Fever were absolutely amazing to deal with through the whole process! I have never been more impressed with someones customer service before.
Even though there were 2 stones missing, the product came out absolutely gorgeous, and my mum loves it. Delivery was extremely quick, and Belle Fever communicated updates throughout the whole process. In light of receiving the necklace without without the 2 stones, once contacted, Belle Fever replied immediately apologising and offering to fix it straight away. My mum didnt mind and it wasnt a big deal, she had others she wanted to put in anyway. Even though I mentioned this to Belle Fever, they sent a necklace to me for free (extremely kind of them).
I cant thank Belle Fever enough for such the amazingly great service provided.

Amazing Customer Service and stunningly beautiful quality jewellery

I fell in love with Belle Fever's jewellery pieces looking online. I loved the handcrafted personalised touch. I was hesitant about buying jewellery online because i had been burnt before.
The customer service i recieved while designing my personal piece was incredible. The staff helped promptly with every question i had (and i had a ton!). They double and triple checked my order with me. I was that pain of a customer who changed their mind last minute and still they were professional, caring and genuinely cared that i was getting exactly what i wanted.
They walked me though every step from design layout, to payment and shipping (heaps of anxiety for me) to informing me of when it got dispatched and i was able to track my package.
The jewellery arrived and not only was it everything i had hoped for, (i cried when i opened the package because it was perfect and carried so much meaning to me) but it was amazing quality, and has held up amazing well over the last 4 years of everyday wear. I have sent many of my family and friends to Belle Fever, because i know and trust that the company is reputable, has quality pieces, caring, professional, and has the highest stanard of customer seevice that i have ever encounted. . Not to mention the bonus of stunning designs, being able to personalise every part of your design to make it truly unique. Belle Fever is the ONLY place i will get my jewellery from online.

Please tell me why I can’t even read the inscription on my products ! I’m so disappointed. On your promo photos the inscription is clear as day . I can hardly see it on my canister and leather band charm .

Avoid!!

Once they have your money they are in no rush to meet any expectations or special requests that they promise to strive to meet for you. You get no order progress updates as they promise with their service. My husbands birthday has been and gone and I'm still waiting on his birthday present I'm so angry, upset and feel so let down to the point I wish I hadn't bothered. I have written a review on their website but they have the rights to only place the best ones on their site so dont be fooled!

I have just searched your order details and it seems that you placed your order on January 8th and sent out on January 20th which makes it only 7 working days. We are an Australian company which handcraft all our pieces from scratch and as mentioned on our website we have a turn around time of approximately 3 weeks to complete your order which does not include shipping time. We send automated updates for your order so I am unsure why the updates didn't send but we are always contactable whenever needed. I can see you have made contact when you ordered about placing an urgent order which we said we would try and get it out asap for you but could not guarantee when you would receive it as postage is out of our control, so we had prioritised your order and it has indeed already been sent ahead of the normal turn around time and the tracking number has been provided to you, I will resend this to you also in your email right away. Once again I do apologise that you feel this way but we have tried our best to get your handcrafted order out to you as soon as we can.
