I ordered my product on the 25th October, for a birthday present on the 17th December, it is now the 21st of December and it has only just arrived! Totally ruined the birthday idea. Not 100% pleased with the product, it looks cheap. Only good thing about the process was when the staff bothered to reply to my messages, they we’re very pleasant.

We do apologise for the time that it took to create your design and as you have mentioned, we are there to always communicate with our customers of the progress of their orders. With the handcrafted nature of our designs, at times we may experience delays with some components for the handcrafting process especially during this current climate where we are faced with logistics delays.
I also note your concerns with your design and would like to let you know that we do have a 100% Love It Guarantee. We have not had any contact from you in regards to concerns about the design received and so we are reaching out to you to get an understanding and assist you with your concerns.
Our designs are all handcrafted from scratch at our Australian workshop, as we are a small family business. This does add to the normal time for logistics along with delays faced due to the pandemic and border closures to arrive in the UK.
We apologise that your gift was missed for your friend's birthday and tried all we could to not leave you empty-handed which is why we offered you a temporary Gift and Greeting Card to share with your friend on that day to do all that we could.
I have sent you a message and would truly appreciate your reply so we can get some details and assist you with your concerns. Received my order so much quicker than I expected. Your customer service is absolutely amazing when I was panicking about my delivery not arriving on time.
My mum who received the engraved necklace absolutely loved it and so do I. The detail is absolutely phenomenal. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Expensive and poor quality
I've brought two things from Belle Fever and I am actually very unsatisfied. The first was a leather-look bracelet with silver beads that had names on them. The catch was very flimsy and fell off my mum's wrist within a week of getting it - lost. The 'engraving' of the names was also of a very poor quality. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a keyring for Xmas, but on receiving it I was very disappointed. The charms are SO small and the names aren't even engraved, they are printed on. For nearly $100, I think it is extremely expensive for such a small item. I won't be buying from them again. I also struggle to believe that there aren't any other negative reviews anywhere? Seems strange to me. It seems a lot of people are happy which is great, but I have had a bad experience.
In response to the reply below: There is no need to address the issues. I am simply just providing my review on what I think about the products and that is they are too expensive for their finishing/quality. And thank you but there is no use sending a new clasp as the bracelet was lost within a week because it kept coming undone.

Hi Erin, I am so sorry to hear of your concerns. In regards to your bracelet, the clasps we use are similar to those on watches. The clasps can be replaced easily and we are happy to send one out to you free of charge or replace it for you once you reach out and confirm the main part you are concerned about. In regards to your keyring concern, I can't seem to locate any correspondence or contact from you about it which would help for us to assist you. The charms are standard charm sizes that are listed on the website where custom sizes are possible upon request. Our inscriptions are fully inscribed onto the piece and not printed on, I believe that you are referencing the film that we place over the pieces to protect them. These are easily removable and placed there for the protection of the pieces, however, should you wish to remove them, you are able to do that also. We always work with our customers if there are any concerns as we are just a phone call, email or message away. I have sent you a message to further assist you and explain about our inscriptions process to clear up any misunderstandings, if you could kindly check and reply that would be appreciated. Thank you

Fantastic Items and Great Service
Ordered 2 small urns from Bellefever with engraving and photo on the lid. This company has excellent customer service and provided exactly what I wanted, which is a beautiful piece to remember my lovely dog. I liked it so much I have decided to purchase 2 more. They even managed to get the items to me before Christmas because 1 of the urns is a gift from Australia to the UK. That's service.
