Time for a class-action lawsuit

Maybe it is the time for a class-action lawsuit. In my opinion this company’s business model is built on scamming customers. The Canton, Ford rd, store is horrible, and the company is also at fault. Read the reviews and u will know why. For example from my personal experience, tires come with free flat repair and free rotation. Nowhere on the Belle Tire website u can schedule a flat tire repair. If u call the store, the soonest appointment is a week away for a flat tire. If u stop by the store, they will tell u leave the car at the store and they have no shuttle, they may get to in several hours or tomorrow. Flat tire is an emergency and must be managed timely (like an hour or two of waiting at the store should be the maximum). Belle tire, shame on u for false advertisement, put flat repair appointments option on your website, and clearly state flat repair might take a week when you sell the tire. I will Never again deal with this company

I received a $100 gift card from Belle…

I received a $100 gift card from Belle Tire after I purchased a set of new tires & alignment. I went in today to use the gift card for an oil chg & air filter replacement. The gift card that was emailed to me was missing some addition subcoding info. I found that that the gift card was not valid because of the missing sub code. Nevertheless, the store manager Paul Nicholas honored it anyway. Paul went above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied with Belle Tire. I appreciate what Paul did and just wanted to thank him for doing the right thing. Location-E. Washington Street Indpls, IN.

e were on our to our granddaughter's…

e were on our to our granddaughter's wedding when low tire indicator came on. We pulled off I 69 at Anderson Indiana. We were serviced immediately. We were so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism. Wonderful experience!

Privacy Violation

My trip to Belle Tire was all about my privacy being violated. I was loosing air continually in a tire, after finding out that there was a two hour wait I opted to go first thing in the morning the next day. They took my car back and after about 20 minutes they call my name to say that they cant find the special socket for my wheel…. Wondering why they dont have a universal…..they are available on Amazon! I told them that we had it, just needed to look for it. Since this was my first tire problem with this car I had forgotten that they would need that.

When I went out to the garage to my car I found the contents of my glove compartment and both sections of my center console all over the car….on the seats, on the floor….and grimy hand prints all over the place. Oh my gosh, they had gone through my car!!!! In 50+ years I have never had anyone do this. I really couldn’t believe it. I asked to speak to the manager who didn’t think there was anything wrong with that and asked me what I would like him to do about it. My privacy was violated and what about respect, honor, or integrity? I was sitting right there on the other side of the window…..why didn’t they just come and ask? I was so angry that I couldn’t remember where the socket was and at this point I didn’t want them to work on my car anymore anyway. I gave them permission to work on a tire, not go through my entire car.

Im just curious…..would this have happened to a man? Would this have happened to someone driving a Jag? What if this had happened with your 16 year old daughter? Just sayin’! Never going back. Left and went to Tire Barn Warehouse in Terre Haute where they fixed my tire for no charge.

Bad service, lousy follow through. Stay away!

I spent a few hours shopping for tires online, ordered them from Belle and set up my installation appointment. That part was great. I got to the store at the appointed time only to be told my tires didn't come in. What? They could have saved me the trip and rescheduled for another day. Instead I was offered a different set if tires. So much for my diligent research. The only tricky part of the job was that I had one of my new rims installed due to a flat and the rest in the back seat if the car. I had instructed them to put the tires on my black rims. I go to look at the progress and the guy had installed the tires on the mismatched rims the car rolled in on and not the black rims as instructed. Had more waiting. My appointment was at 11:30a and I was on time. I am still sitting here 3 hours later waiting. My time is valuable and don't appreciate the out of stock tires that were ordered a week before and then mounting my tires on the mismatched rims instead of the 4 matching rims like common sense would dictate. What I saved in dollars was lost to the needless wait. 3 hours for 4 tires. Ridiculous really. Maybe this is a one off, deal, but I won't be back. You should be aware that they don't value or respect your time. Next time I'll pay more for better service. Totally not worth it.

Update: when I got my car back the tpms system was not properly reset for my new rims and sensors. I called and they said they would reset automatically after some miles. They were wrong. Weeks later I am back in here to get the issue resolved. The new sensors were not registered with the tpms system thus the problem. They are in no hurry to get me done and I am once again sitting endlessly in the waiting room to fix an issue that should never have been. This has cost me yet another hour of my time. Do yourself a favor, stay far far away from this place. They do not value you or your time. I would think that fixing their mistakes should be a priority. Not so.
