We went to the Tacoma location this past Saturday, and learning from experience, we had made an appointment. She was courteous, professional and came across as caring about our questions. She took the time to answer every question completely. Theresa excels at putting people at ease. As a result, we decided to sell some of our silver coins and were very pleased with the results. We've been here twice and will absolutely return. Amazing customer service, fair and honest pricing - who could ask for more? We could - we'll also ask if Theresa is working that day and of not, we'll reschedule to a day when she is!
When you communicate the whole time threw a transaction order on the phone and say all communication will come by email. Then reg updates should be sent especially when your order goes past the arrival date. As well as when your order comes in! I received only emails prior to the original order date and the No emails! I came into the store to learn of updates and would get a email when order arrives. I never received any other emails! Over a week later I received a call.. which I was not sure to believe as it was not in a email the company told me would come! All to say.. you could communicate consistory and as you say!
Went to Tacoma location to buy a 1 ounce gold Canadian Maple Leaf. I worked with Teresa who was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and was pleasant to deal with. Made the purchase and had a very satisfying experience! Highly recommend.
First I actually wanted to give a one star rating. Due to a second horrible experience. Not just once but twice with the same individual Alex. I felt it is misleading. To post on your website. That the staffs are trained to verify items with an expert eye.
Alex definitely did not verify the item. Nor even look at it. Or took it out of the box. She solely based her judgement on worth point. I was offered $5.
I even ask if she knew what she was looking at? Or if it's the exact same model. She stated yes. Even when I noticed she didn't even bother to look at it or take it out of the box to get the model number.
To make it clear. I am no expert. But I do know the last sale was $300. The same exact item and model averages between $250-600. Completed sales. And incomplete for parts ranges between $50-150 completed sales. I even signed up for worth point and it shows last sold $300. So I'm not sure where the expert opinion came in. For the $5. I am not upset because my items were refuse. I am upset due to being devalued after waiting an hour and half to quickly get Insulted twice by the same Individual. I also ended it up taking it a few blocks down. Where I sold the item for $260.
Moving forward
The reason for the 5 stars and not one. Is due to Renee and Kevin !!
Their customer service is second to none. Its consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time they have help me.“I always feel valued regardless if they were able to buy my items or not. Employees like Renee and Kevin. Is the real reason why I am devoted to coming to Bellevue rare coins. It is not about the price but the consistent positive experience from these two. I would recommend. If you decide to go to this location.
Go see Renee or Kevin who will give you the time and day.
No visibility into order status on regular basis.

I went into Bellevue Rare coins Tacoma location to buy some Silver rounds. Carina helped me with my purchase. She was very knowledgeable and professional answering all of my questions. I bought at a good price and it was a great transaction. I will buy from Bellevue rare coins in the future
Awesome selection of both silver and gold. Never been to a coin shop with that much on hand inventory.
I brought in my comic book collection that was recently valued at $1500.00. It must not have been anything they wanted because they offered me $15.00. They are probably more focused on coins. They offered me $10 for my gold plated diamond Bulova watches too. I kept those too. Scrap silver and gold is a fair price though. Market value.

TOP NOTCH!!!
Excellent Experience...
Except for the wait. But Taylor, the man I worked with, was terrific.
Took way too long to fill the order especially since the store had the coins in stock.

Your phone order system SUCKS big time. I am in a wheel chair and the phone order is a necessity for me. I attempted several times and was instructed to leave a message and someone would return the call. To date (2 weeks later) still no call. I missed the opportunity to catch the gold and siler at it's recent lows. In store has always been professional.

Kyle was super helpful and made for a great first-time experience. I rated 4 stars because, though I didn't feel rushed, the Issaquah store was packed. May want to have more sales support on weekends if Sat (26) was any indication.
