I have been a customer since 2018. I recently bought a replacement pad and bungee cords. 6 of the bungee cords are frayed in about 2 months of time. I reached out regarding issue w/o response. At the cost of replacements to not last and lack of response has been disappointing.

I love my Bellicon Rebounder!
I was surprised how easy it was to assemble—especially after my last rebounder that was much more time-consuming. Every session feels like joyful play instead of exercise, and my energy and balance have already improved. The bungee bounce feels incredibly smooth, deep, and joint-friendly. I was reluctant because of the price, but I know this will last for years. Well worth it—highly recommend!

The rebounder arrived with one leg broken off. It was still somewhat stable, so I tried it out and I really can't say that I loved it... For the money, I would just get an ordinary rebounder from a local sporting goods business. I was happy that

We regret to hear that you weren’t impressed with the bellicon and that one of the legs was damaged in transit. It’s possible that due to the damage and perhaps the wrong bungee strength, you didn’t notice a difference between a bellicon and a cheap run-of-the-mill rebounder. You also didn’t really get a good opportunity to try it for up to 30 days, which we offer that return window to customers to try it and return it for a refund if they are not satisfied.
We would have gladly sent a replacement so that you could have had the chance to really try it out and your opinion may have changed after using it for a while. Even if you still didn’t think there was a noticeable difference between a bellicon and a cheap rebounder, there are additional offerings that you get with bellicon that a cheap knock off does not offer, such as a lifetime warranty on all our frames, premium quality components and materials, great customer service, highly customizable features and upgrades, access to our training platform bellicon+, etc. Hopefully, you will give bellicon another chance someday, but we do sincerely apologize for the issue you had!

I like the Bellicon, I am a big person and my wife is smaller. We are trying to figure out if I am too big or she is too small?! I sometimes touch the floor when I rebound, and she says the bounce seems too tight.

We are glad to hear you like the bellicon! It’s highly customizable, so it can suit anyone’s needs. But generally, they are tailored towards a specific individual, or similarly weighted individuals. In your case, there seems to be a big discrepancy in size between you and your wife, which can make it suboptimal for both.
The best thing would be to get another bellicon that is better suited for you, and have your wife get softer bungees, or visa versa. We apologize that the bellicon is not a one-size-fits-all, but we do often have sales, and you can get a second one at a discount.
For example, our upcoming open box & refurbish model sale starts March 31st, and you can get another one for 20%-25% off. That way, both you and your wife can get the most out of the bellicon rebounder! Thank you for informing us of your situation.

Bellicon needs to offer free shipping. I purchased a product and paid $30 for shipping only for the product not to meet my expectations and had to pay $30 to return it.

Awesome rehab for strokes!
Well let me start with customer service, they were very helpful. I discovered when using the website to configure the bungee tension that all but one of the "pre-select" were the same but one was for the firmer bungies. So considering I had just placed my order I called to question and confirm my selection and they quickly changed my order to the appropriate ones. I was suffering from extreme leg pain mostly in my calves and some in my quads and started 5 mins per day twice a day for the first few days. I then went to 15 minutes. My mom who has had 2 strokes and physical limitations with partial paralysis on her left side/leg is now using the Bellicon! I purchased a 2 step rail platform to assist her in getting up on the Bellicon and the T Handle works great for her. She now is building up her leg muscles and core and asks me to spot her getting onto the Bellicon! She has gained much strength in her legs and back through her core! She started out just doing 1-2 minutes once a day as she had to develop HER technique given her limitations. She is now up to about 5 minutes and walking more upright, getting out of a chair easier and walking/believing in her own encouragement! AWESOME! I would never have imagined the great physical improvement with simple movements. Today she was about to use her bad side to go up the step first so even her "natural/physical" mind on motor skills is improving! Thank you Bellicon!

I’ve used under 2 months 2-20min/day. I’ve lost a few pounds, but I can really tell a difference in my body (posture/tone). Ability to go down stairs and get up from chair is improving. All I’m doing is variations of health bounce. I really enjoy it. Doesn’t feel like exercise. Smooth ordering process. Great product. Assembly straight forward.

I’m extremely disappointed in the TBar attachment…it doesn’t stay in place as you jump…it keeps folding in. I waited years for a TBar attachment and had I known it wasn’t sturdy I never would’ve purchased it. Definitely not worth the money.

Restores my sense of balance.
I am older and was getting a little wobbly. I read that rebounders can restore your sense of balance. After about a month of almost daly use, no more wobbles, and no more constant fear of falling. My balance became excellent.
