Great customer service! I love my Bellicon

The quality and the rebounding experience is very good and as expected. For a 67 year male, first time rebounding, very easy on the body.
The information provided for delivery was also very good.
The only suggestion is that the strength of the outer packaging can be strengthened for overseas delivery

I love my bellicon! I had a much lower tier rebounder before when I was first getting started to make sure rebounding was something I loved and wanted to do long term. It worked fine, but I heard bellicon rebounders were so good. I was a bit skeptical how much better it would be only because the price is much higher than rebounder you can get off Amazon. I finally went for it, and oh my goodness, I love my bellicon! It is SO much different! It bounces way smoother than my cheap one and feels like it is so much better on my joints. It feels like you’re bouncing on a cloud if that makes sense. I love the folding legs! It saves me so much space. My previous rebounder has screw on legs but I never took them off because that would take forever every time. Also, the customizable firmness of bounce is so helpful too! I also love that you can customize the band colors. That’s a fun perk, and I absolutely love the colors I chose. They’re very cute. Overall, I am so impressed with the bellicon. It is so worth the price I paid! I look forward to bouncing every day!

This trampoline is far superior than any other I’ve owned. It makes jumping a joy!!!

The app isn’t user friendly. I don’t know where to find my subscription.

I’m so happy with my Bellicon rebounder. The quality is superb. I find the folding legs so convenient, meaning it’s able to be placed against a wall when not in use. I purchased during a busy sale time and was anxious delivery was going to be slow after reading some customer reviews, but my original order arrived to New Zealand within 10 days, and the second order placed (I decided to get a carry bag and T Bar) was here within a week. I’m loving the Bellicon online workout platform, which came free for a year when I purchased my rebounder.

I've had my Bellicon for about 15 years. I have replaced the bungees a few times to keep the bounce level I prefer. Other than that, it still looks as new as when I purchased it. The quality is worth the cost.
It's my favorite way to workout, it's actually fun and very hard to be on a bad mood while bouncing.
For the past year or so, I have been working out with Bellicon videos and that has really up'd my experience to a whole new level.

Excellent, high quality rebounder. I use it several times a week for lymphatic drainage and general fitness. It is so much fun it doesn't seem like exercise. It was very easy to assemble when it arrived, and is easy to fold up or unfold for storage or take out for exercise.

While assembling the rebounder we were quite disappointed to see that the thread on one of the leg was missing . Later we found out that the thread is present but it’s inside the rubber foot pad . (So most probably someone mistakenly put rubber foot pad on the thread side of the leg instead of the plain surface side) .
It took us long time to remove the foot pad (as it was tightly gripped on the thread) without damaging the rubber.
1. Such defect is unacceptable from a company which is known for its quality product.
2. We assume lot of elderly people buy this rebounder and it won’t be easy for them to mend things on their own. Kindly do stringent quality checks to avoid these flaws in future to reduce unnecessary hassle.

Your website is lacking in direction for buying replacement parts. It should be clear how to determine what size you need. In addition you should be clear on when you recommend the cords to be replaced. When I reached out to customer service there was no recognition of my frustration. And in addition they told me I should replace the cords as well. They said would need to be replaced if there was slack or fraying. There was none. Then they said well you should replace them because of the age. It just felt like an upsell situation. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the cords. They behave as they always have. But beyond that I had already ordered the replacement mat and your shipping is exorbitant. There was no offer made to reduce shipping or give free shipping for new cords. I just was not a fan of the entire experience.

Excellent product. A huge difference between springs and bands my goodness. I give a very high recommend.

There is no question that Bellicon is top of the line quality in the world of rebounders. I'm very glad I have it, with the T bar and ultra strong cords. I also have a Cellerciser, which is also top quality, but it's a little too hard of a bounce for me right now. The smoother bounce of the Bellicon is just more fun.

People complain about the price, but I get it, to manufacture quality it costs more. I'm very grateful that I had the resources to purchase the Bellicon that I have and trust that it will deliver matched value for many years to come.

I believe jumping is great for one’s general health. I’ve been traveling over the last months. My pattern for exercise interrupted. I’m also dealing with a bad right hip. I do think the bellicon has helped me to ward off surgery although will be doing surgery later this year. All in all my plan is to get back to jumping. I do yoga qigong and a bit of Ti Chi. Put will be jumping again soon. Just hoping the hip holds for a while longer.

I am a 65 year old woman who likes to exercise and weight lift regularly but I get bored when doing aerobics. I've had the Bellicon for over 3 months now and it has become my favorite way to do aerobic exercises. A free year of Bellicon+ was included with purchase and it was a big help with the initial learning curve. Now I love the various, more advanced programs it offers. Bellicon+ has given me aerobic exercise programs that aren't boring, are easy on my knees and that have improved both my posture and balance.

My Bellicon purchase arrived quickly and was easily assembled. It is quiet and works as advertised. I like that I can change the bungees as I become more advanced and want a firmer surface.
