I prefer to buy from Belsimpel, because I don't need to worry about returning the product. They do process returns and the customer service is always ready to help. Their policy is very customer friendly.

Order received. It took a little longer due to a few errors in the order, but the company and its customer service staff handled it. Friendly and reliable service.

I really appreciate them stocking the Oppo Find N5, which is difficult to get in Europe despite being an excellent phone. Delivery was very fast. Great service.

It is the second time I have ordered a mobile from Belsimpel and on both occasions the service has been excellent.
I live in Ireland and the phone was ordered and delivered in less than 24 hours.

This is my second time buying from Belsimpel. They have the most competitive prices and the shipping to Cyprus was unexpectedly fast! I placed the order on 20th of May and the next day I had it in my hands! I got the S25 Ultra in a much better price that the retail price in Cyprus.

Belsimpel will definitely be my priority in my next purchases.

Usually a good company for next day delivery but not anymore. ordered 6 days ago and still waiting.
Tried communicating with Belsimpel 5 times and UPS 3 times looking for at least a delivery time or update for the item and I've heard nothing from either company to date.
A delay is understandable if communicated and informed about a potential arrival date but to be completely ignored is unacceptable.

Update, still being ignored by both Belsimpel and UPS and I've been told by Revolut they refuse to give refund. How a good service has gone bad.

Update (05/06/25) You eventually replied to me with no resolution. The amount of work I have had to do to prove to you that I am who I am is ridiculous. I haven't had to fill out so much paperwork since applying for a mortgage.

You are perfect example of "Large Company Syndrome", including a loss of customer focus, increased bureaucracy, and reduced responsiveness. You will go to the wall if you don't look after your customers and address your issues.

Update 11/06/25. I was promised a refund about a week ago and I'm still waiting. Contacted the company again and told some more nonsense and another expert colleague would contact me and deal with the issue. Initially I thought all this was pure incompetence on their part but as the saying goes, persistent incompetence is tantamount to Maliciousness. They must not like bad reviews.

Buyers beware and stay away!

I want to get a Dutch phone number because I moved from elsewhere. They want a Dutch payment system (iDeal) and a valid Dutch number. Does this make any sense to anyone?

I purchased a Galaxy Watch 5 pro, opting for the second tier "As New" pricing. Even a "New" version sold by Gomibo is significantly cheaper that buying from the high street, or from mobile phone service providers. "As New" condition is significantly cheaper again.

I ordered well before the "order before 19:00hrs for next day delivery" and was skeptical that Gomibo would live up to this claim. I opted for the UPS delivery (nominal cost of 2 euro) to get the next day delivery. Shipped from The Netherlands to the South-West of Ireland at 23:00hrs on the day of purchase, arriving on my doorstep less than 18hrs later- an absolutely incredible feat!!

The watch arrived in "As new" condition- stickers still in place and the strap-guard still in place. Essentially brand new except for the fact that the box itself had been opened at some point. I am delighted with my purchase and already 2 of my friends are purchasing items from Gomibo, based on my good experience.

If you read this, get away as fast as you can from this company! Terrible company, they only think of money and don't take you serious as a customer!

First, they have unqualified staff, do not understand technical terms of devices, but therefore pretend you don't understand to get rid of it.

They do not check promises that they have agreed with you in earlier mails and telephone calls. If you point them out, they simply no longer respond!

In the mail exchanges every time they use short names without a last name, which gives the impression that they use fake names.

Once they have your money, they will ignore you completely, they really don't care about your legal rights.

Everyting very fast and easy!

They lost my order, was never delivered, and refuse to take action to refund me for an iPhone that I fully paid for.

I do not understand how a company sends equipment without making sure it lands in the hands of the person that purchased it.

In this case th et are asking me to go around and collect information so that I can prove that they didnt deliver to me. It’s unimaginable to my experience. They should be the ones showing me that the phone was delivered to me, and until then accept that they did not.

The comment that Belsimpel added to the review is untrue: no one has contacted me from Belsimpel, neither by email or call to sort this out. Still waiting on a delivery that did not happen or a refund of the payment.
